The SeaCrest Home boasts a Private, Heated, Caribbean Blue Stone Pool featuring a sundeck and Tiki umbrella for your enjoyment. The sundeck allows you to put your lounging chairs in the water if you choose. The optional Tiki umbrella can be installed directly into the pool for shade if desired. Enjoy the expansive brick paver pool deck with many chaise loungers ready for you to relax and unwind in the warmth of the Florida sunshine!
There is a wonderfully spacious Tiki Bar and Lounging area located next to the pool. This area is screened in and shaded. The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
From inside the home, enjoy the lush tropical gardens framed by several walls of glass including pocketing sliding glass doors to open entire rooms and let the outside in! The living area of this home features a soaring ceilings, comfortable furnishings, a tropical ceiling fan, entertainment armoire with TV, DVD, stereo, and high speed wireless Internet service. There is a separate dining area for eight to ten guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so dine in, dine out or BBQ on your private gas grill!
Two separate sleeping areas offer privacy to guests. The master bedroom is the second floor of the home with volume ceilings, entertainment armoire and two walk in closets.. The master bedroom has a premium quality king size bed with 1000 thread count cotton linens. Guests are always asking "Where did you get that bed? Where did you get the sheets? This is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!" The master bedroom features TV,DVD,VCR, phone, high speed wireless Internet free of charge, ceiling fan, dual vanities, reading lights, etc.
The first guest bedroom is located on the first floor. This charming room has soaring ceilings and opens to the private back deck leading to the pool. There is a keyed gate to get to the pool for security of little ones. This room has a queen size bed, large closets, TV, DVD, Ceiling fan, phone, and Internet. Full Bathroom with shower that also opens to the pool area.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, with trundles underneath that may be opened into four twin size beds. This bedroom also has a TV, DVD, phone and wireless Internet, ceiling fan, large closet, and uses the full hall bath.
There is a deck for grilling, screened lanai with eating area, and screened tiki area with this spacious home. Staying at the SeaCrest Home is like being at your own private beach resort!
Bring you own boat and jet skis or rent at the nearby marina! SeaCrest Home has a dock as well as an eight thousand pound boat lift for your private use.
The sugar white sands of Ft. Myers Beach offer water sports, shelling, beach cabanas, and a lots of fun in the sun! The beach is a quick walk from the Home - about five to eight minutes depending on how fast you walk!

This house was fabulous. The review above mine must have been mistaken because this house was immaculate and in perfect condition. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked every night. Nice grill. The screen porch was perfect to sit at late night. The pool was very clean and at a perfect temperature. The beach chairs were awesome and it truly was only a block walk to get to the beach. We are all Mom's and know how we love our houses. Everyone of us was pleased and that in itself is amazing! We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here in December 2010 and the accomodations were very, very nice. Bathrooms had just been remodeled and the kitchen was also recently renovated. Free wi-fi and excellent furniture, bedding and other comfort items. I would definitely rent this property again. The only drawback is the distance to the beach, but the pool definitely compensates a bit.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed in the SeaCrest Home just before Thanksgiving 2010, and really enjoyed all the home and the beach had to offer! Everything was great! Beds were very clean and comortable, the pool was perfect, weather was perfect! Could not have asked for a better vacation!! Carpeting and furniture was brand new, appliances were new, area was really nice -- beach was just a few steps down the road, just as we had been told by the owner. The house was very well equipt in the kitchen, and we liked the open floor plan, and especially the windows all around. Very lush and tropical feeling. We would certainly recommend to our family and friends interested in visiting Florida beaches!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The carpeting and bedding was stained. The a/c stopped working and we were invaded by flying ants. The exterminator and a/c repairman had to come out twice. The filter for the a/c was encrusted with filth. Our second day at the house the Lee County Tax Collector arrived at the door asking if we were the owners - apparently the personal property tax is delinquent. The decking had many popped screws and a hole where you exit. The owner was nice and she tried to make amends but I was very disappointed with this house. The house needs many repairs.

And we are simply devastated by this review. I can personally ASSURE you that this home will EXCEED any vacation home that you have ever rented in this price range! Simply due to this review, and no other reason, we have replaced ALL of the carpeting, ALL of the bedding, and most of the furnishings in this gorgeous home, so that we can tell you unequivocally, that these are BRAND NEW! They did not need replacement, but we wanted to leave NO doubt in your minds that this home is a wonderful place to vacation. The above review was taken very seriously, and we have invested over $50K to make sure you WILL be very content and enjoy every minute of your vacation at this GORGEOUS home! What the above review does not tell you is that there was nothing wrong with the a/c, but when the guest felt there was, we had an a/c tech to the home with in an hour. And because we go above and beyond, we paid for him to come back for a follow up visit later in the day to make sure all had been working fine during the day. The "hole where you exit" in the wooden deck by our sea side home, was a knot hole that had fallen out of the decking. This was less than a half an inch circumference. Again, we had a carpenter out to replace ANY and ALL boards the guest wanted replaced. The guest was still worried that they might get a splinter from a wooden deck. So, in and effort to go ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected, we had three outdoor carpet runners purchased and delivered, so she could walk on carpet to the pool. Unfortunately, there were a few ants. We offered to bring ant traps over or to call a professional exterminator. The guest opted for the exterminator, and he came, treated, and then returned to follow up with her later on to make sure she was satisfied. I was personally involved with this guest on a daily basis. Every time I spoke with her she had a list of three more items that were not to her satisfaction! I am a patient person, and it took every once of my patience to be pleasant and professional. I did ask her how we could make her happy, or "make amends" as she mentions. We did end up giving her a "bonus" as she asked for but alas...........she was still not satisfied! Imagine that! PS - bathrooms also newly remodeled with rain showerheads and marble! :)
