FIRST LEVEL The grand entrance of this four-story beach home welcomes visitors into a lavish guest suite. SECOND LEVEL Walnut steps, lined with lustrous glass panels, make up the flight of floating stairs that lift you to the second floor main living and dining area. The transparency of this architectural breaking element not only allows light to enter but affords a rare sky view from the internal mezzanine situated directly below. FOUTH LEVEL Yet another climactic trip up the last flight of stairs reveals a grand landing area that leads you out to the intimate sky lounge.
