We are located in one of the best residential neighborhoods in Bucerias on Lazaro Cardenas. We are just one block from the beach, and only 1/2 block south of Mark's Restaurant. It is a great location and is easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, ATM, laundry, the bus to P.Vallarta and surrounding communities, and only three blocks to the town square.
Our Suite has a large bedroom, private bath, fully equipped kitchen, and both indoor and outdoor dining. There is a private outdoor veranda with gas grill. We provide Cable TV and Wireless internet. This home has a large hand tiled pool with both sunny and shaded common sitting areas. You will find a wonderful mix of plants, statuary and artwork to give you that 'extra something' that every great vacation needs.
Bucerias holds the charm of Puerto Vallarta from years past with its cobblestone streets, quiet residential neighborhoods, unspoiled beaches and friendly local residents. It has all of the ingredients necessary for a great vacation. Wonderful beaches, excellent restaurants ranging from fine dining to casual and a variety of quaint shops all within walking distance. It has easy access to tours, water sports, horseback riding and golfing in Puerta Vallarta and surrounding communities.
Because we have four suites -- please inquire about availability and the specific details on
each suite. Two are King size and two are Queen -- some are handicapped accessible.
We will be there to greet you and help in any way we can to make your vacation a success. We are certain you will find our location and accommodations to be one of the best. If you are new to the area, we are sure you will fall in love with Bucerias just like we did over twenty-one years ago.

Why the Owner Chose Bucerias
We fell in love with Bucerias over 21 years ago while visiting friends. We have made it a
point to come each year since. When our children were grown and the opportunity to purchase
came up, we did not hesitate. We originally bought for our own enjoyment and did not intend
to have vacation rentals -- but, the house was so large -- we enjoy people and it made sense.
We have met some great people and many long term friends.

We are only one block to the beach and three blocks to town. Everything is within close
proximity -- groceries, ATM, laundry, buses, etc. -- a vehicle is not necessary.

We have just returned after spending 24 days staying in this quaint little casa, although it was the smallest unit suited our needs. Bob and Nancy are wonderful hosts in making a person feel most welcomed here. The location was perfect with easy walk to wonderful restaraunts, shops and lovely near by beach. A great place to stay while enjoying the sights of Bucerias!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

Fell in love with Bucerias and our lovely casita on this property. Beautiful and well kept property. Bucerias is a quaint, mellow town attracting great tourists, with a wonderful beach one block away. Thanks to Nancy and Bob for their fabulous hospitality. Hope to go back soon!

What a great time we had at Casa Nanciana. You guys are the greatest. You've got a great spot - clean, beautifully decorated, and the best location in Bucerias. Nine suites makes for the perfect blend of privacy and socializing. We enjoyed the happy hours and coffee in the morning. We met so many great people who gave us lots of ideas about things to do and places to go. Photos don't do the place justice. There are so many unique artifacts and statuary that there is something new around every corner. You have created an exclusive resort atmosphere that is inviting and welcoming. Having owners on the property is a definite plus; housekeeping is top notch and maintenance items are addressed immediately, and we could always ask questions or get advice. The number of returning guests speaks for itself. This is an attractive, inviting vacation accommodation. We loved everything about this place, and we're coming back.

We stayed at this property in a 1 bedroom unit, arrived Christams Eve. Nancy & Bob have a lot of pride in this home and are terrific, friendly people. The property is charming & makes you feel like you belong. The units are beautifully decorated and have all the amenities you could posssibly need, 2 great pools, close to town & beach. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you Nancy & Bob, we shall return to your property.

Wonderful! The pictures do not justify what a beautiful place this is. Everything is within walking distance. We go to Bucerias every year and this was by far the best trip of all! Bob and Nancy greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel at home. They went above and beyond our expectations. We not only had a place to stay but we came back home with many fun memories and friends for life.

If you are looking for a great and clean place to stay with all the conveniences of home...this little Casita is it. The location is great - one block from the beach, lots of restaurants outside the door and property owners who are welcoming and gracious. Try it - you'll like it!

Visited there in February, 2007. The best vacation ever! Weather was great! The house is clean and inviting. Decorated Like a museum! Location is the best! Walking distance to the beach, central park, church, unique stores, restaurants, music. Bucerias has not been totally "Americanized" and we enjoyed that very much. Loved the food and music. The owners are the greatest too!
