This is a PRIME location with beauty and privacy. Our town home is brand new and offers a vacation rental and/or an executive stay for a short time or months at a time. The location is 5 minutes from the I-405 and I-5 freewways, but without any noise. Pristine and comfortable, we are located on an end unit where there is only one attached wall. Your view is of a beautiful stand of trees, the type of location that only the Northwest can offer! Each bedroom has new pillow top mattresses with high quality linens. The entire town home has new comfortable furnishings PLUS 2 LCD flat screen TVS. Bring a book, look out on the peaceful setting, take a walk, or build a fire and just RELAX in the recliners in the living room. There are a total of 43 town homes in the community. Come and stay in the beauty of the Northwest and be conveniently located to everything---25 minutes to downtown Seattle---15 minutes to Bellevue, and 10 minutes to world class shopping at Alderwood Mall--location, location, location. You won't be disappointed!! We have rented on VRBO for over 8 years, and have a GREAT reputation of delivering a QUALITY rental product! Our cancellation policy is as follows: Full refund if cancelled 61 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 60 days, we will do everything we can to fill in the rental time, and will refund up to your total payment. We are fair, and have never had a problem in this area with our other rentals.
