You and your family will enjoy this quiet corner of Vermont to relax by the fire or rejuvenate with a number of activities at your disposal. The famed Killington ski resort is 20-25 minutes away or in a flash, arrive at Suicide Six, in 5 minutes. A stroll around town is just 1.5 miles away where you will find great restaurants, art galleries and shops. Tennis and golf on property through the Woodstock Inn which is right on town green.
Families have a number of choices in summer or winter. The Montshire Museum of Science is just 20 minutes away with chock full of programs and exhibits. The Vermont Institute of Nature is in the neighboring town of Quechee and is an awe inspiring lesson in wildlife. Also in Quechee, enjoy a glass blowing demonstration at the headquarters for Simon Pierce. Hiking and beautiful vistas abound with many seasonal events to choose from.
