This beautiful villa has been decorated with very upgraded furnishings as it was the show house for the subdivision. There is a formal living room and dining room for formal occasions. There is a large family room and it has direct access to the pool area.
There is a fully furnished kitchen with all the equipment you will need if you decide you want to cook. There is a breakfast nook with access to the pool deck or you can dine in the lanai area on the pool deck for those lovely mornings.
There are 2 king master ensuites, one with it's private access to the pool deck. It has a large walk in closet. The bath has a large garden tub, walk in shower and double vanities. The second king master has a walk in shower and single vanity, There is a queen bedroom that shares a bath with one of the twin rooms.
The second twin bedroom is ensuite with it's own private entrance to the pool deck. All bedrooms have televisions, flat screen in the master bedrooms and televisions with built in DVD players in the twin bedrooms.
The pool deck is furnished with a table and chairs and loungers for the time you want to soak up the Florida sun. There is a spa to lounge away in when you return in the evening from the theme parks and you need to relax.
There is now a game room located in the garage. It has a full size pool table, 7.5 foot air hockey table and an electronic basketball game.
