We stayed here for 8 nights for a family vacation. It was my husband, our 1 year old son and a 20 year old to help with our son during the afternoon and evenings. The condo was more than adequate space for all of us. We chose this condo not only on location and conveniently located to everything, but they are also equipped with a pack and play, highchair and beach toys. The owner was very responsive to all my questions and needs and replied to my emails in a very timely fashion. The kitchen and balcony was perfect for meal preparation and family meals. The pool and spa were a nice bonus and were shaded in the afternoons so we could enjoy being outside all day. I highly recommend this condo to young families or anyone looking for a well equipped condo that is conveniently located, clean, well kept, and you don't hear the neighbors in the other units unless you're outside.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The condo at Sun West Palms was the perfect place to spend our vacation. Our teenaged kids (15 and 17) loved having their own bed and bathrooms (we loved them having their own bed and bathrooms too)! The master suite was spacious and the overall décor was beautiful. I am a runner and my husband rented a road bicycle. The area had great paths and routes for each activity. The condo was close enough to the beach that we were able to “set up camp” but it was less than a three minute walk to go back to Sun West Palms to get a snack or retrieve another boogie board from the pool storage unit. We walked to a different restaurant every night and the pool was great for an evening swim. Take advantage of this place – it has everything!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My friends and I come to spring training and stay for a week every year. This home is the nicest we have stayed in yet and the location is a block from the beach. Walkable to all major amenities. Nice pool and hot tub set up with a grill for outdoor cooking. The place would comfortable sleep a lot more than our 4. Some of the walk in closets could be a 4th or 5th bedroom! In immaculate condition and great owners. Loved the condo. Perfect location and accomodations. Close access to restaurants, beach, shopping and Brighthouse Field. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped and spotless. The owners were accessible, attentive and very helpful. As a frequent visitor and former resident of Clearwater Beach I can tell you this condo is situated close to everything you will want to do there. Well equiped and spacious, perfectly decorated to make you feel like your at home, the pictures really do not do it justice. The owners were extremely helpful and accomodating. They called us to make sure everything was going well with our stay, and afterwards promptly returned our security deposit. Shepards Restaurant is a few blocks away and offers a seafood and prime rib buffet that is one of the best deals on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for the times we wanted to dine in. We enjoyed deep-sea fishing on the Super Queen, and Captain Memo's Pirate ship is a must for the kids. I would highly recommend this property and we will definately stay here on our future trips to Clearwater.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We were fortunate to secure this condo over New Years this past December. This condo is beautifully decorated and furnished and has a lot of amenities - everything you need and more! The unit is situated close to the beach, restaurants and within walking distance to many shops! We had a great experience with the owner, who was helpful in answering all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this Condo and hope to stay here again soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at this condo for three weeks and had a fantastic holiday. The photographs do not convey the size and luxury this condo actually offers and when we entered the condo for the first time it took our breath away. It is very comfortable, spacious, clean, well maintained and equipped. The condo ultimately contributed to a fantastic holiday. It is very close to all amenities ranging from the beach to restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful white sands with safe bathing areas. There are many nice restaurants within easy walking distance. We will definately return to Clearwater Beach and would love to stay in this condo again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Three childhood friends & myself (we are now in our 70's) spent a week in this beautiful condo. Everything in the condo has been updated, the kitchen is gorgeous, and everything is very clean. Also, the unit is huge! The bedrooms were all very large with individul baths and the common rooms were equally large. Joan and Lee were very easy to work with and very helpful. I even left my makeup case when we left and they graciously sent it to me at no charge. Thank you Joan and Lee for all of your help.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a vacation in this area! It is so well worth it. The photos on this site showing the rooms are spot on. The place is spacious, well decorated ( I even love all the accent pieces) and most importantly clean, spotless clean! It has all the amenities of home. So we visited the local market stocked up on mostly breakfast foods & started everyday on the balcony overlooking a very nice view while having our morning coffee & planning our day. There were 5 of us who stayed here & we all had the same reaction upon arrival but since I was the one who found this gem, it was all about me! They told me I did good, real good! Loved that! , the beaches, the restaurants & the activities are plentiful in this area. We rented an SUV that carried all of us comfortably wherever we had to go if it wasn't in walking distance but for the most part it stayed parked conveniently in the secured garage below the condo. Lee & Joan are two of the most friendly & accommodating people to communicate with. When I come back to this area which I'm hoping is very soon this is where I will be staying. Seriously if there were 10 stars to choose, this place would have a double rating from me.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a great way to spend a much deserved vacation! The location couldn't be better...everything is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and activities for all ages.The unit has the best of furniture, bedding, and plenty of extras. We vacationed with family and spent alot of time enjoying the pool and the kitchen; the spacious patio was perfect for eating outside. The owners have thought of each detail making it a great place to stay. We stayed here over the 4th of July week. Despite the beaches being a little bit rough from tropical storm Debbie the week before we had a great time and the weather was perfect. This property is in a great location. Just off the main drag so there is not as much traffic right in front of the building but only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The building itself is very clean and well maintained. It was also nice to have parking in the building right below the condo. The condo itself was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed in there plus more. It was nice to have everything you needed for the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler, beach toys) available. Loved the view from the condo even though it wasn't quite high enough (2nd floor) to get a good view of the beach. The pool and hot tub were also very nice and since there are only I think 10 units in the building the pool was never crowded. Would recommend to anyone staying in Clearwater.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My extended family and mine stayed at this location for 1 week. It was absolutely awesome. Clean upon arrival as well as everything was as it was stated in the listing. Very close walk to beach as well as nice pool downstairs. Already thinking about going back next year! We had a wonderful stay, the condo was located a very short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. The weather was perfect. The condo was very clean as well as the pool area, which we had to ourselves most of the time. We would definitely consider revisiting this area again. The condo is fabulous! It is so spacious and gorgeous. This time it was just my husband and myself and we only slept in the King bed and it was as comfortable as our bed at home. We plan on coming back next year with a couple of our friends. The pool and hot tub are right below the unit and very clean and comfortable. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Everything is within walking distance from the condo. We had to come home yesterday and were very sad. We have been going to Clearwater Beach for a few years now and this was our best vacation ever. The owner even called while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we were pleased and enjoying our stay. Can't wait until next year!!!!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My friends and I fled the cold Ohio winter for a week long trip down to Clearwater Beach to stay at this beautiful condo for the second straight year. The condo is very spacious, modern, and well decorated throughout. The part that we enjoyed the most was the excellent location. We were within a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. An excellent grouper sandwich is only stones throw away at Frenchy's. The balcony is great for morniing coffee overlooking the intercoastal. We really enjoyed cooking breakfast in the amazing kitchen and enjoying it on the balcony to start our days. I would highly recommend this condo to anybody visiting Clearwater Beach. It is a great combination of luxury and affordability.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Four of us for a week (in a condo built for six)... plenty of room, well appointed, everything we needed (especially the blender and GREAT set-ups for cooking-in). Thanks Lee for the good communication. The condo is located in a nice area; easy access but also nice to be 2-blocks off the noisy street. Close and convenient with 2-block walks to several good bars and restaurants. Our favorite was Frenchy's... with one location 1.5-blocks away and two other locations within 6-blocks. Quick 2-block walk to the beach for sunset... and sunRISE was beautiful with coffee from the deck of the condo. We have stayed in several VRBO locations. This one was MORE spacious, MORE comfortable, WELL appointed and had a very big WOW factor upon arrival. The secured / reserved space parking is nice, especially when we noticed the meter matron patrolling the side streets nearby. The important parts: liquor store on-island was only 6-blocks away (but Sam's Club is off-island and MUCH better pricing, 6~miles before arriving). Beer, wine, and a few basic groceries were available at the Surf Style Store only 2-blocks away. We had daily visits from Igor... obviously / previously well fed snowy egret (or maybe he was a heron?). Igor (we named him) would perch himself on the railing of the deck and appreciated being hand-fed. We obviously weren't his first customers (or maybe he was the customer?). Lee - see Igor on my YouTube channel (first part of my email address)... holler if you want any of that video or photos for your VRBO or HomeAway sites. Igor was a regular visitor and made it all FUN. Several other reviewers mentioned this condo would work without a rental car. I guess it would if you wanted to hunker down and just relax, but this area is best visited with a car, if you want to move around. We enjoyed our run over to St. Pete (a REALLY nice bay-front area). The Florida Aquarium is MUCH better (and well worth the drive) than any of the other little places that call themselves "aquariums." Favorite NICE restaurant was the Island Way Grill, pricy, but clearly top-notch with a very well trained staff. Best fast spot - Frenchy's... favorite by a landslide over Crabby Bill's (just ok). Wish we had Frenchy's in Rhode Island! We REALLY enjoyed our stay. This condo is absolutely lovely! I highly recommend this rental for its size and cleanliness. The layout is large with a natural separation of the generous Master bedroom suite with balcony from the other two bedrooms. The kitchen is new and magnificent. The dining and sitting areas are nicely appointed. Having three bathrooms is luxurious. Laundry is in the unit. Garage is super safe. Pool and hot tub on property and the beach is a block away. We had a very comfortable stay in Clearwater Beach thanks to this condo. Most importantly, the owner is wonderful and very easy to communicate with.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The three bedroonm condo I rented for the month of January was more than I expected. It was large, beautifully decorated, 5 minutes from the beach, within walking distance of everything, restaurants, shopping and the pier If you don't want to walk you can take the Trolley which will take you to many different areas. It has a pool and hot tub but we did not use it as we loved the beach. The apartment has everything you need, beautiful kitchen, great bathrooms, wonderful large balcony facing the water, chairs for beach, hair dryers, etc. A great place to entertain.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The Condo was in great shape, very neat and clean. It is within walking distance to the beach. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. There is a secure indoor parking garage. All appliances were in good working order, and everything you need to cook was there, (ie: pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc). The owner was very helpful and even called mid-week to see if everything was okay. The listing photos accurately reflected the appearance of the condo. I would recommend this condo to family and friends. I would rent this condo again for our next trip to Florida.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Very nice spacious condo! Building does not have a lot of condo's in it making it nice and quiet. No problem finding room at the pool or hot tub! Condo came completely furnished, has some water toys and beach extras. If anything the photos do not make the condo and pool area look as nice as it was. We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, mini golf, water activites and restaurants. Grocery store was close, kitchen had everything we needed. Friendly owner who supplied maps from airport and to grocery store. We would recommend the condo to family and friends. If we stay in the area, would want to stay here again. Family of 5 with 2 teenagers and younger child.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
