Spacious 1500 square foot, single floor townhome, very private and quiet. End unit with great views of the desert and the Santa Rita mountains. Above the 7th hole of Canoa Hills Golf Course. Quiet "no outlet" street, so minimal traffic.
Large eat in kitchen with "tech center" - Lap top computer, high speed broadband, and HP four in one printer.

Washer and Dryer in hallway "closet", away from hustle and bustle. Large landscaped patio with gas grill, cushioned lounge chairs, and patio table with 4 cushioned chairs.

New King-size bed in Master Suite, large walk in closet in the Master Suite. Master bath has large walk-in shower.

New Queen-size bed in second Bedroom, plus two large mirrored closets in second bedroom. Second bath has shower/tub combo, again with wall length built in cabinets.

There is an electric motor blow up Queen-size bed for "weekend" guests. High quality sheets and towels and appliances. Tastefully decorated with original art, and southwestern touches.
