Washer and Dryer in hallway "closet", away from hustle and bustle. Large landscaped patio with gas grill, cushioned lounge chairs, and patio table with 4 cushioned chairs.

New King-size bed in Master Suite, large walk in closet in the Master Suite. Master bath has large walk-in shower.

New Queen-size bed in second Bedroom, plus two large mirrored closets in second bedroom. Second bath has shower/tub combo, again with wall length built in cabinets.

High quality sheets and towels and appliances. Fully equiped kitchen. Tastefully decorated with original art, and southwestern touches.

Canoa Hills Rec Center (part of GV Recreation) is in walking distance, only two blocks away. This is a "Major" GVR center which includes: Pool, spa, fitness center, Bocce courts, tennis courts, picnic area with charcoal BBQ grilles, art exhibition center, large meeting room, catering kitchen, small stage, and wood dance floor.
