  SeaDation was a wonderful place. It was perfect for our family (4 adults and 3 children). SeaDation is so close to the beach we were able to walk back and forth with 10 minutes which made it very convenient. The view from the balconies was beautiful. The cottage was very clean and had all the conveniences of home. The community pool and the grounds were very nice and also very clean. The owner was also very easy to communicate with. We would recommend this home to everyone.

  The location of this property is perfect! Close walk to the beach or just hop in the car if you have lots of items to carry. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the pool just steps away from our front door.

  SeaDation Cottage was the perfect place for our "girls" family getaway. It was incredibly roomy. Perfect for children,Great bunkroom on main floor and we were steps from the pool. It was a very easy walk to the Beach for even my young children and my mother who was also with us. Most days we quickly took a car and dropped all of our things at the beach to make it easier because of everything we took to the beach each day; But many of us walked back and forth each day 2-3 minute walk. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We are already planning our stay again this year.

  Hi John, SeaDation Cottage was one of the best maintained homes our family of 9 has ever been in. The home offered wonderful beach views from the 2nd and 3rd floors and we are glad you had the bedrooms on the first floor. Your home is so conveniently located to soo many shops, restaurants, and resort clubs. We enjoyed your home soo much, we plan on making this our yearly vacation spot. The flat screen TVs do work great in the home.

  Seadation is a wonderful place to stay in SRB. The cottage is very comfortable, well appointed and only a few minutes walk to a quiet beach. We agree with the other reviewers that having the bedrooms on the first floor made great sense as you don't want to waste wonderful sea views from bedrooms - rather, they should be enjoyed from living and group spaces. The small subdivision, "Old Florida Cottages" was also quiet and very nice. In addition to spending time at the beach, we also spent time at the pool which was equally as nice and well maintained. This spot in SRB is also well positioned for quick access to Grayton Beach, Water Color and Seaside attractions while making it easy to return home to a nice quiet house. Wcannot say enough about how wonderful the house is.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  All I can say is WOW! We had the best time of our lives! You home was perfect.......it was clean, accomodating and had all the "beachy weachy" touches to make our stay that much more fun :-D. I really don't understand the earlier review, because we absolutely loved the layout of the home. The ocean views were to die for, and the best part of the day way going to the back deck to watch the sunset with a nice glass of wine. Maybe she hasn't been to many seaside cottages to know that is the typical layout, so you can enjoy the views? We will definitely come back to your cottage, I will just have to remember to book early because I know you fill up quickly! I really want to try visiting in the late Springtime. Don't change a thing. Oh, and I forgot to mention one of the best things about your place..........location, location, location!!!

  This home is very beautiful. We had a large family of 13 and the home accommodated our family just fine. The home is well maintained and had its own brand new gas grill on the deck. The views of the ocean are just awesome and can be seen easily from the 2nd and 3rd floors inside the home and on the balconies. The pool was well used be our smaller children and was very conveniently located directly in front of the home. I cannot say enough good things about this home, the safe neighborhood, and the close proximity of walking distance to the Gulf Place Shops. We will be back.

  Community is great! Very quiet! Safe for the kids to play. Pool very nice. House was disappointing. You walk in to the bedroom level(master on same level as other two). Then you go up two flights of stairs to the kitchen/living/dining room. Difficult with carrying things and for kids wanting to get a quick drink/snack. You also walk through a bedroom to get to the grill. Very odd. Close to beach. We will stay in the community again but get another house that is arranged differently. The floors of the house were so dirty that your feet were black after walking around but I have found this to be the case in every rental we have had in this area. The owner was a bit difficult. I would recommend the community but not this listing.

  Owner response: I have rented several different homes over the last ten years and this is my first complaint. The reason the guests response is negative is because they failed to pay the appropriate funds to rent the home in a timely and acceptable manner. Upon their departure, the cleaning crew advised that the King sheets were missing from the home and the renter was irate that I inquired as to the whereabouts of the sheets. It should be noted that I did not keep the guests security deposit. Our website clearly describes all rooms to include bedroom arrangements. This guest clearly just wanted to say something negative. It must be noted that at no time did I receive any complaint from these guests prior to, during, or after their vacation. This Entire Community and adjacent communities with homes valued over several millions of dollars were built with bedrooms on the first floor so that during the day the upper levels of the home could be used to see the beautiful ocean and not to be wasted while sleeping. The second floor does have a grill on the balcony and it was placed on the balcony so the guests could watch the children swimming in the pool and that is the closest deck to the kitchen. The wind will not allow a gas grill to stay lighted on the ocean side. As stated earlier, most all of the new homes are built with bedrooms to include the Master, on the first floor so you do not waste the beautiful views during the day. The kitchen, living room, and den are all on the second floor so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views; look at our photo gallery. The reason the floors do get dirty is because all of the guests walk barefooted on the circular drive and it is made of asphalt. Asphalt has oil in it along with other chemicals and will cause your feet to get dirty. It is upon the guests to clean their feet prior to going inside the home because if they don’t, they will bring the dirt into the home. I keep our rates lower than any other comparable home in the community and our home is the model home of the community. For final payments I require a certified check, not a personal check; we do not accept credit cards due to the high fees. I wish other guests would type some comments but I have seen we all have busy lives and simply don't take the time.

  Great place with all the amenities, everything was top rate and the location fantastic. 3 minute walk to beach which was beautiful and clean. 200 yards to 30A with numerous dining options in either direction. Walk to Santa Rosa with interesting shops as well as bike and kayak rentals. Look forward to coming back.
