The house is a stone house on 2 floors. Ground floor offers spacious entrance hallway, dining room, living room and full eat-in kitchen leading to the stone-paved patio and outdoor BBQ. Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms which can easily serve as an office, full bathroom w/tub and separate WC. Upstairs a large master bedroom and en-suite shower/WC and 2 further small loft bedrooms suitable for children and/or guests.

Lou Jas sits on circa 2 acres of total property and shares an entrance with a property on the terrace above owned by a swiss couple who come to Seillans for vacations.

Seillans is one of the Cote D'Azur hinterland's most charming and lively villages. While maintaining the pristine beauty of a medieval provencal village with its cobbled stone narrow streets and voted "Un des Plus Beaux Villages de France" it attracts a diverse population of locals and foreigners of all nationalities who own houses in the area. Quaint local restaurants, Fetes de La Musique and other local activities (Seillans was once the home of famous painter Max Ernst)keep the atmosphere friendly and open.
