Direct on-foot access to secluded sandy beach at River House and/or wade across the river and walk to the ocean (by beach) in minutes. Home features lots of glass and outstanding views of ocean, islands, sand dunes, river, marsh; new wrap-around mahagony deck. Situated on a tidal river AND the ocean, this house is totally unique!
Your days will revolve around the tides. Fish for striped bass, dig for clams, kayak the river and walk miles on a beach of white sand. Bird life abounds -- eagle, osprey, shore birds and our 'family' of hummingbirds. Enjoy the morning sun over breakfast on the eastern deck; cocktails on the western side as the sun sets, reflecting orange and magenta light off the islands. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean and the fog horn on Seguin Island.

- Deck/Patio: About 700 square feet of deck wraps around east, south and west sides of house. Cook on gas grill, entertain, sunbathe, eat lobsters. This deck house is comprised of sliding glass doors, views and huge deck. The living room is also spacious.

- Beachfront: River House is located on its own private sand beach on a river that weaves through salt marsh, including 700 acres of conservation land. The eastern and southern views from River House deck show no development of any kind. On the western side, you see four houses tucked into a cliff in the distance. River House is both completely secluded and completely open to the natural environment. From our beach, you cross the river by foot (all in sand), and in a minute you arrive at the ocean
- Oceanfront: River House is directly on a sand beach of its own, a tidal river and the ocean. No houses or development of any kind are between River House and the ocean
- Mountain View: Little Morse Mountain, part of a 700 acre nature preserve with abundant opportunities for birding, striped bass fishing, hiking, swimming and on-foot access to the ocean.
