Fantastic new Paraiso property - view from the beach - Mazatlan Vacation Rental This Paraiso complex is very special. The pool, waves, and complex are all first class. This unit is 2,220 square feet with a deck that has room for a table 4 chairs and barbecue grill. This is a 6th floor unit with tremendous views from the bay huge window in the living room because it is above the neighboring buildings (see pictures below). The waves are big enough to surf on but not so big that they are scary. The building does not allow for rentals of less then 2 weeks so the typical person renting or living in these units take better care of the units and are people that are actually very enjoyable to visit with. This 3 bedroom unit has a living room you won’t want to leave. There is a huge bay window that is all glass and just sitting there and enjoying the view with your family or friends is great. When you open those windows and look down and see the indoor/outdoor swimming pool, barbecue area, beach and waves you feel compelled to relax and enjoy the blessings that come your way. The balcony accessed from the living room or the master bedroom has a table that seats 6. The master bedroom with a king size bed walks out to that awesome deck. It also has a desk for those of you that want to dial up and show the folks back home that you are actually working when you might be sipping on a bloody Mary and checking out if the surf is up or not. The master has a walk in shower along with a Jacuzzi tub and a window to the outside to let in some fresh ocean air. The 2 back bedrooms each have a private balcony overlooking a distant golf course and the hills outside Mazatlan. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other is a queen. They share a bathroom and there is a half bathroom off the entry way that services all guests. There is also a large washer dryer in the unit which is great because sand has a way of creeping into everything you own. Mazatlan is a 5 minute car or taxi ride away. It is an awesome Mexican town that still has that old Mexican flair. The centro area in downtown is filled with live music, great seafood, other Mexican dishes and the dancing locals. It is a fishing village so the off the beaten path shopping and dining still exist. The Gold zone is between the Paraiso and town and certainly has its share of partying if that suits your fancy. When you retreat back to your luxury condo you will be rewarded with the best sunset by the pool of anywhere in Mexico. See amenities below and enjoy your stay.
