Welcome to our home in peaceful Oceanside Village, a private gated beach community situated on 180 acres with 24 hour security. In addition to all the listed activities there is a large softball field and bocce court.
Our fitness Center is open 5:00 AM till 10:00 PM. However there is a charge per person of $25.00 per week.
Our home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. The Master has a queen-size bed, the guest bedroom has two doubles. The living room sofa opens to a queen size sleeper.
Our beach villa is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, full-size washer and dryer, three color TV's with cable and charcoal grill. We have a screened in porch with table and chairs that connects with an open deck.
Golf carts are available for rent at the front office for a fee, check with golf rental area for prices.
There are two pools on site, one is enclosed and heated, the other is outdoors, both have kiddie pools.
We provide linens and towels but ask you to bring your own paper products, etc. There is no maid service available and we ask that you leave the home in the condition that you found it at check-in.
