The dining room is an ideal place for celebrations and memorable meals with its large, custom-built table and stunning views of the river and surounding hills. This sunny home retains many of the original vintage details and includes four-plus bedrooms, one and one-half bathrooms, and a large deck with remarkable views ideal for sunbathing or stargazing.
This home is set in a quiet neighborhood which is perfect for large family gatherings or relaxed getaways with friends.
The house is a wonderful base for exploring Sonoma and Napa Counties with many local attractions including swimming, relaxing, and canoeing on the Russian River (only a short walk from the house), wine tasting in the many local wineries including Clo Du Bois, Fetzer Vineyards, Chateau Sovereign, or any of the other unique and excellent wineries tucked in the Dry Creek, Alexander, or Russian River valleys.
You can enjoy touring the beautiful open farms along the Sonoma County farm trails, hiking through the giant redwoods, cycling the scenic country roads, exploring the rugged Sonoma or Mendocino Coast, and water sports on Lake Sonoma.
Or... you may choose to pamper yourself in the hot springs and spas of nearby Calistoga or simply enjoy village life in the charming old town of Healdsburg. This historic town includes a beautiful town square with a wealth of cafes, fine restaurants, a weekly farmers market, and antique shops.
