ACTUALLY SKI IN - SKI OUT from this multi season usage one bedroom (king bed) one bathroom, ground floor, end unit condo/townhouse in Forest Trails. There is a private garage that will store and secure all your ski / golf equipment, mountain bikes or car. The unit has a very private all year round hot tub backing onto a green belt and creek with views of Mount Tod and Mount Morrisey.
The condo sleeps 4 comfortably as the living room has a queen Hide-A-Bed. There is also an extra sleeping cot for a 5th person. The condo comes equipped with secured wireless internet, an LCD TV c/w movie channels, DVD, VCR, Stereo, IPOD docking station and PS2 video game equipment in the living room. Enjoy the library of movies, music, books and games while relaxing in front of the rock faced gas fireplace after a soak in the hot tub. The bedroom also has a TV, DVD and VCR player. The bathroom has a deep jetted soaker tub and shower. There is a very well equipped full kitchen, gas bar-b-q, washer/dryer and a separate entrance/mud room area.
It is only a 5 minute leisurely walk to the main village along a scenic trail. The ice rink, tennis, basket ball and outdoor all season heated pool are only a 4 minute walk from the condo.

Why the Owner Chose Sun Peaks
We looked all around BC's ski resorts, really decided that Sun Peaks has it all. Easy to get to from the lower mainland (Vancouver, BC), close enough for a weekend. Great snow conditions, skiable for all levels, family orientated, short line ups, quaint village with shops, pubs and restaurants, and great friendly people.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Fun, relaxing and keeps our teenage boys busy all year
This is the location of our unit in the Forest Trails Townhouse complex.
The ski access trail is between units #8 and #9 is approx. 50 yards from our garage door. Take the trail across the bridge turn right and then left to the single trail right behind the Snow Creek Vill
Ski out trail goes directly behind the Snow Creek Village condos, small single trail right along the patios and hot tubs.
Ski out trail from behind Snow Creek Village joins Gentle Giant run down into the main village area. You can purchase your ski passes and access the Sundance, Sunburst chairs to the upper ski areas.
These two lifts are the beginners area and the small terrain park. These lifts can be used for skiing back into our unit from the Gentle Giant run.
The Sundance chair will give you access to the Elevation chair which then gives access to the upper mountain area and the Sunburst Lodge. This chair will give you ski in access to our unit off the Ram
This chair will take you to the Sunburst Lodge and access to the upper section of the mountain, the Crystal chair and Burfield chair.
From the top of this run you turn left at the houses and use the ski in trail to our unit.
This is the bottom of the Rambler run which will give you ski in access to our unit.
