You will enjoy this cozy, comfortable, non-smoking condo...a great getaway! It is ACROSS THE STREET from the beach with public access as well as access to an adjacent boat launch. The State Park beach is across the street with a large parking area, facilities and showers.
The SWEET RETREAT condo is bright and clean. It accommodates a MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS ARE ALLOWED. These limits are for your comfort since the condo is not large. Thank you for your understanding.
The condo is furnished with a queen bed in the bedroom, bunk beds tucked in the hallway for children and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on the second floor on the West corner, it gives an expansive view of the Gulf seen from the large private corner balcony and from the dining and living area.
Cotton Bayou in the back of the complex has public boat launching, fishing piers and boat/trailor parking. It leads directly to the Perdido Pass Bridge then out to the open Gulf. Bring your fishing gear for some good fishing at this location!
A paved hiking/biking trail starts at the condo and treks alongside the Bayou.
