The total adult occupancy is 4 with NO exceptions and 2 small children. More then these would be uncomfortable for guests.
You will enjoy this chic and cozy, comfortable, non-smoking, no pets condo...it is a great get-a-way! It is ACROSS THE STREET from the beach with public access as well as access to an adjacent State Park boat launch. A State Park beach is across the street with a large parking area, facilities and showers.
The SWEET BEACH RETREAT condo is bright and clean. It accommodates a MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS ARE ALLOWED.
The condo is furnished with a queen bed in the bedroom, bunk beds tucked in the hallway for children and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on the second floor on the West corner, it gives an expansive view of the Gulf seen from the large private corner balcony and from the dining and living area.
Cotton Bayou in the back of the complex has public boat launching, fishing piers and boat/trailor parking. It leads directly to the Perdido Pass Bridge then out to the open Gulf. Bring your fishing gear for some good fishing at this location!
A paved hiking/biking trail starts at the condo and treks alongside the Bayou.

My wife and I had a great time staying at your condo we arrived on my birthday, which was a perfect start for another year. It was very clean and spacious for the two of us and the view from the balcony was great. It was stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. It was a short drive to some great restaurants and nightspots and loads of beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay at this condo again and have recommended it to several of our friends already. Also finally talked my wife in to going para-sailing and sailing with me. She loved them both, but she really had a great time doing a sunset sail on the 4th of July. So next time down we may spend more time on the water than on the beaches. Thanks again

I was amazed when we walked in as to how clean the unit was! It was wonderful! Everything we needed was there! A washer and dryer, bath towels, dish soap, and internet! And I slept wonderful! The sheets were crisp and clean! And the view!!! WOW! Definitely the best place I've stayed at the beach! Its so convenient to everything! Would LOVE to come again!

We loved you condo! It was in a great location and very clean. It had everything we needed and just enough room for our family. The beaches were not as bad as I had thought they would be. We didn't have much time to swim and play since we were playing baseball. But the kids did make time to crab hunt on the beach and swim in the pool. For anyone who might be thinking of backing out on the trip to Orange Beach DON'T! The beach really wasn't that bad and the locals need our support! Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

Condo is cute and extremely clean.(I am very picky about this!)My kids really loved sleeping in the bunkbeds and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching all the cars go by.The kitchen had everything we needed including dishwashing detergent and dish soap. Loved the fact the boat launch was in the back of the condos and we could park a jet ski on premises.(This is hard to find!)Ms. Jackie is very easy to work with and takes great pride in the condo. You can tell as soon as you walk in. Would definently recommend this to anyone looking for a "sweet retreat". Thank you for allowing us to stay at your great condo.
