Our first floor, corner end unit is situated directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. The unit is filled with ample sunshine and wonderful views as it has a large doorwall of windows in both the great room and master bedroom, a large bay window in the dining area, and a huge, screened lanai. New granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms were installed in 2010. In 2011, a 42 inch, flat-screen TV was purchased for the living room and new carpet was installed in both bedrooms. The unit has also very recently been painted throughout. Newer appliances, including a double door refrigerator with in door filtered water and ice cubes, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and range. Tile throughout the main living area and lanai.
The master bedroom has a Queen Bed. Master bath features a separate vanity from the bathroom and a huge walk-in closet The second bedroom has two, twin beds and is connected to the second full bath. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably, with a pull out sofa for up to 2 additional guests.
Enjoy the views through the doorwall of windows in the master bedroom and the great room, through the bench seating in the dining room bay window, or the huge 25' x 8' screened porch.
A private 3200 foot Boardwalk is available right in front of our condo on which is a fishing pier and an observation spot. There are also two beautiful, heated pools and multiple tennis courts available within walking distance. The Club House has a library, card rooms, kitchen and social hall. (Club house is available for private party rentals). The fitness room has all the standard equipment.
We are 4 blocks from the sandy ocean beach. Within walking distance (a mile) there are Restaurants, Supermarket, a department store, live theater, movie theaters, boat rentals, shopping malls, Churches, Bars and a hospital. Within 15 minutes of several golf courses and other restaurants, WalMart, KMart and others.
