  Home and pool is in great condition...plenty of towels, both beach and bath. Also beach chairs, sand toys for the little ones. I would definitely recommend.

  Great house and a short walk away from the beach. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, it is perfect for anyone looking to relax. The owner is very friendly and will help with any problems you might encounter.

  This was our second time staying at this property. It's the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation! This house has a very private large screened in lanai and a really nice and well kept heated pool! We find that we spend all of our time on the lanai in the pool or just relaxing in the sunshine! The owners are wonderful to deal with and respond immediately to any question you may have. The house is always clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Lots of toys for the pool too!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation! Marco Island is a beautiful place to visit and this is the perfect hassle free house to rent!!

  Thanks so much for providing such a nice pet friendly rental home for our vacation. We were last down in 2003 and stayed at the Hilton with our two daughters. If you open the photos we have attached you will see the new members of our family. You will see our new grand baby Jackson Clark enjoyed his first time on vacation as well as our dog Cinnamon who thought the living room was her own vacation suite. Hopefully we will be able to get back down every other year and be able to use the Loyalty address when we come or any of your other pet friendly homes. Thanks again. Michael and Robin

  This was a great house for our family vacation! It was a short walk (3 blocks) to the beach, and had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs & pool toys as well as kitchen supplies. The owners were reponsive & helpful with questions prior to our arrival and I felt they would have been available if any problems had arisen. As an added attraction, the house is also convenient for day trips into the nearby Everglades.

  We stayed in this house for spring break '10 and had a fantastic time. The house was very clean with a great pool and lanai. After getting back from the beach, we spent a lot of time out in the lanai and swimming in the pool. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach. Marco Island, as noted elsewhere, is pretty quiet at night, but we enjoyed playing cards out on the lanai and swimming at night. The rental company was very responsive to questions we had and it was very easy to deal with them. We were very pleased with our experience and would definitely rent the house again!

  This was our first time on Marco Island and what a great stay it was. Your home is perfectly located to everything! A short walk to the beach when we were not enjoying your pool. A hop, skip and a jump to the grocery, Marco Theatre and numerous restaurants. Your home was stocked with everything we needed and kept very clean. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We will keep you in mind on our next visit.

  This is a great vacation home even for Floridians looking to get away and relax. The location was perfect, we walked each day to the beach and enjoyed a lovely swim in the evening. The house was clean, updated and well stocked. Owners are very friendly and easy to deal with scheduling and payments. We are now returning for another week this summer and are going to look forward to renting this house again. I recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing and safe vacation. So much better than any Hotel in the area!

  We stayed at this house for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and the pool was perfect. We felt as though we were at our own home. We will diffently return to this house next winter. I cannot say enough good things about this house and it's location.

  This was our first experience with vrbo com and our first visit to Marco Island. We could not be more thrilled with our visit and our stay in this home. The house is in a very quiet very safe area. It is a five minute walk to the beach. The home pictures shown on the website do not do the home justice. It is even nicer than shown. It is huge clean bright completely private and stocked with everything you need for vacation including beach props pool props a charcoal grill all linens soaps cleaning products. Basically, everything is here that you would have in your own home to be comfortable. The kitchen tv room pool area which is all open is fabulous. Master bedroom bath is wonderful. Smaller bedrooms great with large closets and there is a large second bath. There is a huge dining room and formal living room area. The home is tiled throughout. Washer Dryer. Attached two car garage. The pool is huge nearly brand new with a huge patio area. Overall the home is everything and more than what is shown. So much more comfortable than staying in a hotel room. We don't want to leave! Our whole experience here was great. We will be returning asap.
