Large trex deck access, with ample sitting room for dining al fresco. Piped gas barbecue and patio heaters. Theatre room and spare bedroom on third level. Fourth level with family room, more entertainment, large trex deck with a private hot tub, walk in closet and three bedrooms, two full baths for complete privacy and comfort. 4000 square feet of functional luxury.
Cul de sac location, easy access from the street. Close to Round Hill shopping, dining and 2 miles to the Heavenly Gondola. By the way, it is within walking distance of Lake Tahoe at Nevada Beach. To gamble, you have to drive two miles. This unique vacation home encompasses the best that Lake Tahoe has to offer.
A property manager is located nearby for check-in and check-out and can assist if any problems arise with the home. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp ($100/hour fee charged for check out after 10:00 AM). Late check-outs up to 5:00 PM are available provided we have no check-ins on the day of your departure (inquire for rates). Sorry, no smoking on any part of premises (interior or exterior) and no pets - both strictly enforced(Min. $500 charge for violation of non-smoking policy or for occupany in excess of 14 persons).
