Elkhorn Condo next to Sun Valley Resort!

"This Elkhorn Fairway Nine condo features a living area with a comfortable and accommodating space for as many as eight. The master bedroom with adjoining tiled bath is on the main level, with an inviting king bed and an 18” TV. Down the hall is a guest room with a queen bed and another bath.

The second level condo exposes a warm open living/dining/kitchen space complimented by a skylight and pine paneled vaulted ceilings. The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen features alder wood cabinets, granite counters, tile floors and stainless appliances.

Get cushy in the living room on an ultra suede sofa or chair with wood burning fireplace. You’ve also got the big 36” TV with DVD/VCR and wireless internet, for those computer needs. In the summer months, you can enjoy the expanded deck and cook out on the BBQ while looking out to the hillsides in Elkhorn. The dining area will seat six with 2 additional seats at the granite bar.

Up the stairs to the open loft, there’s a queen bed and an additional pull out queen sofa bed. Also, new washer and dryer, along with all the Elkhorn amenities – golf, tennis, swimming, hot tub, sauna, etc. The place and price are right!"



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before final payment will result in a loss of 10% of the rent for the stay, plus 8% reservations fee. Cancellation after will result in a loss of 100% of rent, plus non-refundable 8% reservations fee, Please see Terms & Conditions below for payment schedule.

In the event that we are able to rebook the property the fees will be 10% of the rent for the stay, plus non-refundable 8% reservations fee. NO SMOKING or PETS are allowed.

WINTER NO SNOW POLICY: If either the Challenger or Lookout lifts at Sun Valley Resort/Bald Mountain are not operating less than 72 hours prior to arrival, reservation can be honored at any of ResortQuest International's other 32 North American and Canadian resort locations. This must be arranged prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 4 PM. If you would like an earlier check-in, please make arrangements with ResortQuest 24-hours in advance and they will attempt to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee.

Check-out time is 10AM. If you would like a later departure, late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee.

Housekeeping Services:

Daily housekeeping, mid-stays, extra towels or additional services can be provided for an additional fee with appropriate notice. Additional towel trade outs are offered free of charge with 24 hours notice. Extra housekeeping can be arranged at $40 an hour. Must provide 24 hour notice for additional services.

STAYS WHICH DO NOT MEET OUR SEASONAL MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE BASED ON UNIT TYPE. This will not show on your web confirmation, it will be added by the reservation center after booking a mandatory surcharge based on your lodging package has been added to provide you with the following benefits. *(This surcharge does not include any housekeeping fees).

Terms and Conditions:

1st Deposit: One-half of rent and 8% reservation fee are due at time of booking. Inside the final payment period, full payment is due within 48 hours of booking.

-Balance of reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival

Christmas Holidays - balance due 60 days prior to arrival

SCHEDULE OF FEES:

Reservations Fee: 8%;

Travel Insurance: Is a percentage of your total rate. Travel insurance can be declined a time of booking and added at a later date. Travel Insurance must be added no later than 30 days prior to arrival. See your reservation totals for final amount.

Departure Cleaning Fee: NO Charge unless you are under the minimum night stay requirement.
