This gorgeous lakefront property had previously been managed by Rio Vista Resort as The Colorado Lake House and is now under new management.

The property is located in Sunrise Beach on prime open waterfront on beautiful Lake LBJ just a few miles from Horseshoe Bay. There are several golf courses within 11 miles. We are in the heart of Llano County, which is known as the deer hunting capital of the world! on of the best Lake LBj Fishing destinations is right off the dock!

The two very large decks on the lakehouse provide the perfect view of the Texas Hill Country sunset. There is a private island attached to the property which is a perfect venue for a Lake LBJ wedding, family reunion, corporate function, or other large gathering. There is a private, covered boat slip with a boat lift. There are several large shade trees throughout the full acre property. The property is located directly adjacent to a marina with fuel service as well as a small convenience store. The nearest public boat ramp is one half mile away.

The home is a large, beautiful house with pine wood walls and exposed beems in the ceilings. Upstairs you will find an oversized bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and two very large rooms with two queen beds, a trundle bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has oversized sliding glass doors leading to the upstairs porch and a fabulous view of the lake.

The kitchen is large with all the modern appliances you could expect or want, including a jen-aire cook top. As a bonus, the kitchen also has a great lake view. In the living room, you will find a cozy large fireplace, and oversized sliding glass doors leading to the downstairs porch, and of course another great lake view. It also has a wet bar and a very nice dining area. The sectional leather sofa in the living room has two built in recliners and a sofa bed.

Also downstairs you will find a full bath plus a half bath, an outcove with a trundle bed, and a bedroom with a queen bed. All together, there are comfortable beds for up to thirteen people.

You have plenty of space to relax without feeling like your neighbors are anywhere close! This house is about spending quality time together with friends, family and loved ones. Come make some wonderful memories with the people who mean the most to you!

  • We enjoyed a great family weekend at the Sunrise Cove Lakehouse on Lake LBJ. The house is beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for 15 people. The views of the lake are great from every window in the house. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and boating and just relaxing on the beautiful decks. The hospitality of the owner was exceptional. We will definitely plan on returning for another visit.

  • What more does a family of 4 plus 2 in-laws need for a mini vacation...nothing! Eddie has done a great job of making sure everything is taken care of. From the linens, utensils & cold blowing A/C. Not to mention a great place to dock your boat as well. I would highly recommend this beautiful house, property & boat docks to any group or family that values a great location and view by a lake. Two thumbs way up!

  • We loved this property! It was bright, sunny, has a gorgeous view of the lake from every room, and included everything we needed. The drive from Austin is gorgeous, and there is a real hometown feel all around Sunrise Beach. One day on the lake, and you'll be packing your bags to move! We will definitely come back, and highly recommend it!

  • What a fantastic property! The setting was beautiful and peaceful. A great place to get away to. I was also pleasantly surprised at the number of golf courses that were in close proximity to the property. Golf and water sports, what a way to spend some time away from it all.
