Spectacular view from Dining Room, Living Room and Master Bedroom - Wintergreen, VA - Virginia Resort Condo Rental We spent 11 months looking for the perfect place at Wintergreen. In all we went into 17 units. The most important thing to us was to have a spectacular view, not just one from the living room and dining room, but the master bedroom as well. Our view will knock your socks off. We also wanted to be able within walking distance of the golf course, tennis courts, the swimming pool, spa, and just to be able to be walking for the 'health' of it. We can do all these things!! The next thing that was important to us: the newest construction possible. There is only two condo complex newer than ours. There are all sorts of advantages with newer construction; higher ceilings, more modern appliances, stand-up shower, less need for repairs, etc. Our purchase was in October 2001. We spent the next month completely refurbishing... new carpet, putting in ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and dining room, painting throughout, etc. Hanging on the walls is our collection from years of traveling in the western part of our country. The last thing that was important to us was a good management company. Wintergreen Resort Rental is first class. We have yet to go in our unit and it not be spotless. You have the advantage of checking in at the Mountain Inn and knowing it will be clean. If you have a problem during your stay, they will be right there to fix it. To give you an idea how very nice our place really is, in August of 2002 we had renters Virginia and Bob Hurt from Washington DC. They were so taken with the place that they bought it!!
