Hi and thank you for checking out our Ski In/ Ski Out condo!
We get a lot of repeat renters because our unit is a 1 bedroom/1 bath (sleeps 4) on the 2nd floor in the building called Riverside and it has a very peaceful and beautiful view of the Fraser River, Fraser Valley and Gore Range...AND you are still in the only true ski in/ ski out condo in WP. Yes, this Riverside building is just 100 ft to the lift, just walk out the front door and ski to the Zephyr lift!
Breathtaking views await you while relaxing on your private balcony! Since our unit faces the river there is NO parking lot or chair lift area/courtyard view which means it is very quiet and private, with great mountain views!!
Because we love repeat guests and this is our own personal family vacation home, our unit has been newly painted and furnished with brand-new/upgraded linens/towels/bedding. It's the details that make our unit so comfortable and one you'll want to return to:
***A brand new high-end Queen mattress has been added in the bedroom as well as a new and extremely comfortable mattress on the pull out sofa as well as new curtains in both rooms so you'll sleep like a dream in our place no matter which bed you get; a new Ipod/Nano docking station so you can listen to all your favorite tunes in the living room and bedroom!; games & movies for both kids and adults; complimentary coffee/tea, shampoo/soap; laundry soap if you want to use the washer/dryer on the 2nd floor for a $1.00 a cycle; free wireless inside condo & lobby; new updated furnishings; comfortable pillows!!; updated shower head, toaster, & coffee maker. There is also an Xbox with games in the condo for the kids!
I'll send you the card keys for this unit and you go directly to your condo with no need to visit the front desk. You will also have your own personal ski locker so you don't have to carry them up to your condo or your car....total convenience!!! Parking for you is also great because your unit card key also allows you to park in the heated garage under your condo building!!
Zephyr also offers a free shuttle service into town for dining or shopping trips.....a great added benefit of staying here!!
WP now has a new base area with great shops, bars, and restaurants in walking distance from this condo, so Zephyr is now even more convenient!!
Just 100 ft to the Zephyr Express Lift, which serves four connected mountains providing over 3,000 acres of terrain to challenge every level of skier. Winter Park's sister ski area, Mary Jane, has consistently been voted #1 bumps in North America. Also, you will find fantastic Ski Schools for every age and ability!!
The best skiing news you need to know.......Winter Park Resort has invested $4.8M in on-mountain improvements with the introduction of a new Triple Chairlift--Eagle Wind going from 10,316ft to 11,486ft....this has opened up 7 new runs with access to 690 new acres of skiing!! There is a new $8M high-speed 6-pack chairlift, Panoramic Express, which will be a state-of-the-art way to lift skiers up to 12,060ft...making it the highest high-speed lift in North America!!!

Also, during summer, fall, and spring, there are multiple recreations for everyone in your family!! Summer concerts as well as over 2500 acres of on-mountain trails for hiking and mountain biking....many chair lift-accessible. With many lakes and streams in this area you can also enjoy boating, kayaking, and fly fishing. The Pole Creek Golf Course has beautiful vistas and only fifteen miles away.

Why the Owner Chose Zephyr Mountain Lodge
Winter Park is very close to Denver with less highway traffic, plus you ski not only WP but MaryJane as well so there never seems to be any lift lines! Many different runs for every ski level, and great area for kids. We chose to buy a ski in- ski out condo due to the great convenience it offers us and our children. Since it is also next to the new village we never have to drive anywhere if we don't want to.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Besides the fact that the Zephyr lift is only 100 ft from our front door, we also like how close the ski school is to our condo. The new village is right next door with many great places to eat and shop, as well as outdoor ice skating in the winter

We came here for a quiet anniversary trip and boy did we pick the right place. Your condo was so comfortable and close to everything we needed. The staff was so helpful. We loved WP and Mary Jane...the bumps are incredible and the views just breathtaking. Nothing else like it, period. We will come back with the kids for sure!

It was soooo cold one day during our stay we had to come back and hang out in the hot tub.....not so bad! Your place is so cozy and we feel right at home. You have thought of everything to include here during our stay and we loved cooking in. The free Zephyr shuttle service was a life saver and the staff such a joy to be with. What a great place to spend a family vacation. Winter Park is just so beautiful. See you next time!

Spending the Holidays here in your mountain home is a dream come true. We got a ton of new snow, it is so beautiful here. We love your condo and think the beds are very comfortable. We love the decorations and how close it is to everything, especially the hot tubs and Starbucks! Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to be back again soon!

We love the closeness to the base and chair lifts and the condo is so very cozy. Our favorite thing in here are the movies, you had us at CaddyShack!! We look forward to coming back again. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful mountain home.
