Welcome to Villa Magna, the newest five-star condominium resort on the very best beach in Puerto Vallarta. This is a brand new, spacious luxury one bedroom Condo. It is on the 8th floor with spectacular views of Banderas Bay looking towards Punta Mita.
The Condo is located 15 minutes north of the airport, 30 minutes north of downtown Puerto Vallarta, 10 minutes south of Bucerias. There are many restaurants nearby, plus numerous world class golf courses. The Condo is about one mile from the Paradise Village Mall, where there is a supermarket, restaurants, car rental, spa. Buses to downtown/airport stop two blocks from the condo and the taxi stand is one block away. There is a water taxi nearby to go to downtown Puerto Vallarta via the ocean.
The interior was professionally designed in a contemporary style by the leading interior design firm in Puerto Vallarta. The Condo has high quality furniture, and Satellite TV in the living room. also Wireless internet.
There is a king bed in the bedroom. the 500 thread luxury, hotel quality linens. The voltage is 110V and a hair dryer is provided. There is a new refrigerator. and electric range, convection oven, microwave, and washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to cook for and serve four people.
Come and enjoy the infinity pool and miles of uncrowded beaches. This condo 'more' than met with our expectations! The moment we walked in, the view took our breath away and did so everytime we walked into the condo! There is pretty much every amenity that you could want, even a washer/dryer! I was so relieved that the beds were "extremely comfortable" (Mexico is notorious for their 'hard' beds) as I have a bad back and a top of the line mattress is so important, especially when you are on vacation. Josie & Mike were very friendly and helpful and were able to answer questions we had and were prompt in answering my email also. Our favorite part was the amazing view from the balcony, that was my early morning treat and we actually saw whales breaching! The property is gorgeous and we saw weddings on the beach during our stay. You can also opt into the all-inclusive program (from Dreams) if you don't feel like cooking, which is an option that you don't get with many condo rentals. Or you can also take a taxi to the new Walmart close by and find just about everything you would need for your stay. The beaches are amazing for walking and we almost walked all the way to Bucerias one day! Also a great beach for anyone who likes to run. The hardest part of staying at this condo, was having to leave!! I have travelled the world and stayed at many places and I would highly recommend this condo and would love to return in the very near future. My husband and I stayed in Josie and Mike's condo at Villa Magna in December 2009. We have stayed in Nuevo Vallarta several times but this is the nicest place we have rented! The condo is beautiful, Josie and Mike are so helpful and the pool/grounds area of the resort are exceptional! I'm finally writing this review as we are once again dreaming of booking a week in this condo for a winter get away. Thanks Josie and Mike for sharing your bit of paradise with us! Villa Magna is a beautiful development right on the beach. Josie and Mike's condo is a fantastic getaway, located on the 8th floor with fantastic views, nice breezes, quiet, everything you need to escape! Walk the beach to Bucerias, swim any time, catch the bus into PV, it's all right there. They are gracious hosts and offer their unit at a fair price. Try it out!

Our stay at this condo was very enjoyable. The complex is first class with large pools and a great beach. The condo is clean, spacious and has a great view. The owners do everything possible to ensure that you have a positive experience. If you enjoy walking the beach, this place is for you as the beach is easy walking and you can go for miles. Great Condo - the beach was great, the view was great, the Condo was clean and was equiped with every thing you need. The people we met there were very friendly, and made fot a great stay. Mike and Josie will hear from us next year, as we are already making plans to go back.

WOW! Condo is fabulous -- Mike & Josie, the owners, are great hosts that live next door. We enjoyed the condo, great pool & great beach. The photos on the website don't do the view justice. Looking forward to coming back!
