Cute cottage just four houses from the beach on a lot with two similar cottages, tucked away from the street in a small private garden. Renovated in 2004. Light and bright with coastal décor. Hardwood floors, carpet, new kitchen and bath. Large private deck and/or patio with beautiful patio furniture and barbecue grill. One queen bed and two twin beds. Off-street parking for one car in shared driveway.
Walk to everything in town - restaurants, coffee shop at end of street, bars, town park, shopping, entertainment - or take the local open air "Jolly Trolley" at the end of the street on a quick ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The Trolley runs every 20 minutes from 8 am to 1 am daily.
RENTALS WEEKLY ONLY JUNE 1-SEPT 1. During the summer months there are no weekend rentals. But other arrangements possible September through May. Rental is Saturday to Saturday. Check-in at 3 pm, Check-out at 10 am. Tenants bring sheets, towels and paper products. $400 security deposit required with rental. Half payment is due seven days from receipt of lease, the balance is due 45 days prior to rental.
