Welcome! Our luxury rental home is located on a quiet, dead-end cul-de-sac, away from the busy traffic found on the main thoroughfares of Marco Island. We are only two miles from the beach, even closer to the markets, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peace and quiet we get from this great location. You can get out to the beach, shop-until-you-drop, play golf, go fishing, hit the best eateries around, and when you get back to our home, you can relax in our lanai or go for a swim in our private heated pool. Our home is ideal for families or for couples who like to travel together.
The house has an open floor plan with tile floors. At 2250 square feet under air, it is one of the largest vacation rentals available on Marco Island. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. The bedrooms are along the two sides of the house and the main living areas are in the middle of the house. The bedrooms are carpeted and are nicely appointed, keeping to a more tropical theme. All the beds have new Sealy mattresses, and we supply all the pillows, bed linens and blankets. The master bedroom has a 27 inch color TV with cable. The lanai can also be accessed from the master bedroom.
There are two bathrooms in the house. The master bath is accessed through the master bedroom. There is a large walk-in closet, a large linen closet stocked with linens, bath towels and face clothes, beach towels, and pool towels. There is a double cultured marble sink, a private water closet, and a double sized shower stall. The second bath has a cultured marble sink, a linen closet stocked with linens, bath towels and face clothes, beach towels, and pool towels. The second bath has a shower/bathtub. This bathroom is located by the two bedrooms and can also be accessed from the lanai.
You will find the main living areas are more contemporary in design. All the furniture in the Living Room is nice to look at and comfortable to sit in. All living areas have been wired for stereo, so there can be music playing throughout the house. There is a 27 inch color TV with cable, a stereo system, and a DVD player in the Leisure Room. There is a small DVD library of classic movies, and a small library of local field guides to help our guests identify local birds and plants.
We have tried to equip our contemporary kitchen with every utensil we could think of. You will find stainless steel appliances and cookware in our kitchen with Corian counter tops.
The home office has a contemporary-style workstation with a Dell personal computer and ink-jet printer, with broadband access to the Internet. It is available for all our guest’s use.
Our laundry room has an oversized washer and dryer, and a sink for rinsing delicate fabrics. The cupboards store replacement light bulbs, batteries and flashlights, cleaning products, and a small tool kit.
The contemporary-styled dining room has seating for six.

As a first time visitor to Marco Island, I found that my accommodations were outstanding. I would like to say that the house is beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find. Just relaxing by the pool is an experience that lasts all day, because you don't want to leave.
