We have 2-2 bedroom townhouse condos at Luana Kai. Both have been totally & completely upgraded with light tile, stainless steel appliances, molding, air conditioning, flat screen t.v.s, recessed light, and granite counters. Both have one queen size bed in one bedroom and a king bed that can separate into two single beds in the second bedroom. A301 is a top floor corner unit with direct ocean views. The other condo (B312) overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean beyond. Additionally B312 has a queen sized pull-out sofa.
These two condos are most likely the two nicest, most upgraded luxury condos in the whole complex.
