This Lake Lanier cottage is large on amenities: starting with the most desirable Lake Lanier location that's less than an hour from Metro-Atl. You will fall for this inviting house which has 2 comfy living spaces both with fireplaces, and 3 bedrooms one of which is a bunk room to sleep 5. Next, to the gorgeous views from the three levels of outdoor living space, one of which hosts a relaxing HOT TUB. Jackson Cottage looks out onto an uninhabited island and big water in either direction and is less than 50 yards from the shore. Walk down to the lake and you will find a paddle boat: take an afternoon trip across the inlet to explore the island and beach. And the final touch is the huge covered dock with a slip waiting for your boat as well as the PARTY DECK outfitted with picnic table, lounge chairs and grill waiting for your good times. The fishing is great here too so don't forget your poles.
Inside, you will find our cottage to be appealing and stocked with conveniences. The master bedroom has a large window looking over the lake, a TV and lots of extra floor space. The kids room has a TV and playstation with a few games. Also, there are two futons in the walk-out basement family room that can be used for sleeping. We also have a pack and play at the house. In fact, you will find quite a few things to make your stay and your packing carefree.
The main level porch has dining for 8, a gas grill, many comfy chairs and a chiminea for cool evenings. Inside, you are welcome to use the toys, coolers, beach towels, large screen TV, high speed internet, and the Phillips Micro theater and amplifier to enjoy your I-pod tunes anywhere in the house. Outside there are plenty of chairs on all the porches and the dock, some floats and the peddle boat with life jackets. |
