Very comfortable 4 bedroom (11 beds total) 2700 SF home close to several ski resorts for winter fun (Copper Mountain - 10 min, Breckenridge - 15 min, Keystone - 15 min, A-Basin - 20 min, Vail - 30 min, Frisco Peninsula Nordic Skiing - 5 min.) Neighborhood backs up to the Summit County Bike Path and a National Forest for hiking, biking, & sledding; enjoy the wonderful Rainbow Lake hike starting just blocks from the home. The well-maintained clubhouse has 3 large outdoor hot tubs and 1 indoor hot tub plus indoor swimming pool, racquetball court, steam room, sauna, and locker rooms. Tennis courts open in summer. Close to Lake Dillon - home to the nation's highest yacht club. Walk to Main Street restaurants & shopping. Nearby Silverthorne has large outlet mall plus additional stores, restaurants and movie theater.

The home is organized to maximize comfort for up to 3 families. The master queen bed/bath is on the first floor along with a second queen bed/bath, family room, dining area, & kitchen. The lower floor has a 3rd queen bedroom, a very large living area with 58" TV & ping pong table, and a fourth bedroom including 2 bunk beds & 2 trundles to sleep 6. Living room has a pull out couch and the loft has a futon.

Home incudes updated, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counters. 1 car garage and driveway parking for more. Large laudry room has washer/dryer & universal gym.

Each queen bedroom and each living area has cable television. The loft has a large desk to accommodate your lap top to check email on the WIFI high speed internet accessible throughout home. There are gas grills on both first floor decks and the back deck looks over the flowing mountain stream in the back yard. Relax in either living room in front of the gas fireplaces.

    • Outstanding! An extremely comfortable home for a large party. We stayed for 8 nights and wished we stayed longer. Great skiing at 5 mountains, hot tubs were terrific, restaurants abundant. We liked the ability to ski 5 mountains verses staying at one ski resort.

    • We had nine staying for seven days, everyone absolutely loved the home and all the amenities. Of course the pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily, the location was great, easy access to downtown and area attractions. We are already talking of returning to Rockhaven ASAP.

    • During the stay there were 3 families with a total of 17 people. Short trip to Copper, Breckenridge, A Basin and Keystone for skiing. Public transportation is few blocks away on Main St in Frisco as alternative to driving to the resorts. Recreation center with swimming pool, sauna and raquet ball and outside hot tubs is a plus.

    • My friends flew in from Chicago and we stayed here for 5 nights. We had a blast snowboarding at Copper and the house was awesome. The pictures don't do it justice, it's much nicer and has more space than it looks. We had 10 people sleeping comfortably and cooked dinner everynight. If we have a big group again, we're going back!

    • The house has room for all of us - just a short stroll into town for a meal or to see the local flavor. The tennis courts and hot tub are such a delight to have access to. We will definatly come back.
