This beautiful, newly designer remodeled home, is in the perfect location, right on the dunes course. Look out your windows to your private pool and spa with the Pete Dye Dunes course and Santa Rosa mountains in the background. The view is stunning in the day and even better in the evening.
Duna La Quinta is adjacent to the La Quinta Resort with it's famous tennis center and world class restaurants. Old La Quinta is also a quick walk or bike ride away with the tandem bike supplied. There is no end to the activities close by, hiking, museums, art galleries, theaters, animal park and of course shopping everywhere including El Paseo drive.
Our home has a wide open floor plan, perfect for families or couples vacationing together. An attached casita with it's own separate entrance has a 3/4 bath and refrigerator. The fully equipped Chef's kitchen with granite countertops opens up to the large dining and family room. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's, with the master and 2nd bedroom having DVD players as well. A stereo system with speakers in every room and pool add to your enjoyment. Enjoy the pebble tec pool while relaxing with the music and enjoying a BBQ.
