Within 6 miles of this affordable, quiet residential neighborhood duplex you will find the fun & happy Hawaii: Ko'Olina resort area with public access to the 4 lagoons & plenty safe water snorkeling /swimming with picture perfect weather, Hawaiian Adventures Water Park, Island Mini Golf Park, Nimitz Beach, White Plains Beach (aka "2nd Waikiki Beach"), 3 Golf courses: Kapolei, Ko'Olina & Coral Sea, 2 of Hawaii's best luaus Paradise Cove & Germaine's. Shopping for gifts, souvenirs, clothes etc...the Aloha Stadium swap-meet is great, get there early it gets pretty warm by noon. Then head over to the Arizona Memorial, it is another experience that's a must for all.
Ready for the big city or some night-life? Take H1 22 miles into Waikiki. Take a ride out to the North Shore and check out Haleiwa town, (it's a step back in time). Whatever you're looking to do, Oahu "The Gathering Place" has everything, including plenty of Aloha.

We stayed for 2 weeks almost a week ago. It was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. Your listing description was accurate. Your property was clean and well-maintained. The owner communicates excellently. We would highly recommend this rental! It's not too big and not too small. It was perfect for us. We really appreciated the washer & dryer as we went to nearby Ko'Olina beach almost every day. It was also close to our friends in Mililani without going through the traffic mess in Waikiki. We also were very thankful that we got to use their snorkel gear, beach mats and chairs. Mahalo nui loa, Terri & Mike. We would love to stay at your place again. Michael and Teri, Much mahalo for allowing us to rent from you. We were welcomed by the very comfortable feeling of aloha in such a nice clean and roomy place. Much better than being in Waikiki with all the hustle and bustle. Everything was only minutes away, so close to the beaches and all the shopping areas not to mention the great water park right down the hill. Aloha Michael and Terri: Thank you for letting us rent from you during the time we spent on Oahu. The rooms were so nice and clean and comfortable. It was easy to relax and feel "at home" there. The bananas and Christmas peppermints were a welcome treat. We didn't spend our time cooking, but were grateful that anything we would have needed in the kitchen was available for our use. I'm not a decorator, but I enjoyed the fun island decor that enhanced the rooms and helped us feel "truly Hawaiian". We will certainly let our friends know of your rental! Both of us highly recommend this great vacation rental! We relocated here and needed a place to stay while we looked for our own home and we absolutley loved it! So much in fact that we bought a house in the same neighborhood! The rental was stocked with anything you would ever need and was very spacious and beautiful on the inside. Everything in the rental was brand new. There are 2 lanais in which to relax and eat at, the front lanai has an unbelievable view that is a great sight to come home to! This is one of the best deals in Hawaii, it's minutes away from everything. The owners are 2 of the best people we have ever met. Such a great place! Our stay was fantastic, the location was perfect and close to family, the quietness of the area was great and the view was breathtaking.Terri & Mike welcomed us and were very nice. Our next trip in in the planning stages and we plan on staying here again.

Michael & Terri really love Hawaii & they want all their guests to experience the beauty of the land and the graciousness of the people. Their Makakilo sanctuary affords easy access to great beaches and lagoons as well as all the major Oahu attractions. We swam, snorkeled, explored, climbed a mountain and truly enjoyed the beauty of the flowers and white sandy beaches.
