We had an excellent stay at this really nicely appointed home for 8 days while visiting the Disney parks. I did a lot of research on homes and really found that this was the best value as well as being the most luxurious appointed. The reality was that yes it is a great home. We arrived and found everything was in perfect order. The house was cleaned and ready for us. There is a nice entryway and electronically coded lock so entry was easy even with our late arrival time. The downstairs has a large living room with two separate sitting areas. A large TV (Flat screen is there) There is a Blue ray internet connected DVD player. We watched some Netflix as well as local channels with this. There is also an ipad charger in the living room that allows you to watch your videos on the TV. awesome. We watched our Disney videos from our iphone/ipads on the main TV. (Hint Ipad needs to be asleep when you put in the dock) 3 nice comfortable couches there. The Dining area seats 6 with 2 bar stools. There is also a charging station for phones, ipad charger and a Computer and monitor running XP that is preloaded with kids games. The pool area is great with an outdoor kitchen and large patio with an outside bath. The pool is larger than most I saw and has a spa connected as well. Make sure to get the pool heat as it was still a little chilly in early april to swim without the heat. We had to have the management add this on as the first night too cold to swim. The downstairs bedroom is a full size bed with a flat screen TV. there is also an internet connect DVD palyer and a VHS player. There is a library of 100+ or so VHS tapes for kids. The kids liked this!! downstairs bath is equipped with handicapped bars. Big shower! In the gargage there is a games room, There is a dart board (Note no darts though!) A pool table, foosball table, airhockey games. Also there is a neat flat screen TV and a Wii game and PS3 game. Its easy to switch between the two and there are aosme games and controllers. The kids loved this and spent a lot of time in the games room. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms rather large with attached ensuite baths. Are are well appointed. There are TV's and DVD players in all rooms. There is a ipad charger in one room as well. The home is close to Disney parks about 10 minutes. There are two supermarkets lots of restaurants in the resort. We did not use the waterpark or golf this stay but it was available if we wanted it. Overall great stay we will return!!

This is a really nice place to stay for vacation. The house is big and can hold a lot of people. I really liked the 2 story totally screened in outside pool area and there is also a balcony as well overlooking the pool. The Queen Bathroom was the best -- nice tub with jacuzzi that is adjustable along with great walk in shower. The pool has a hot tub as well. I took some walks in the neighborhood and also in the back wilderness area. Neighborhood seemed quiet during my stay. Flat Screen TVs and the WiFi also easy to use and game room has Air Hockey which is my favorite. Good decorations and lots of good pictures on the wall. I liked going to all the Disney parks which are fairly close -- also liked hanging out at the house and catching up on my reading. Relaxing in the back in the Sunshine was nice with a cold beer or a glass of wine. There are restaurants and food shopping close by in nice shopping centers. The owner wanted to make sure I was happy with my stay. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. This was my first time on vacation in Orlando and first time at Disney. I love Florida!! Karl

Hi Linda – we just got back from Florida without incident and I just wanted to follow up by letting you just what a fantastic holiday we had and what a truly luxurious villa you have! We were all amazed by the amount of room we had to spread out in to and each room so beautifully furnished. The games room was most probably the most used room of the lot!! All of our guests were delighted with the villa and on everyone’s behalf I am writing to you to extend our appreciation and let you know that should we return to Florida, we would definitely call you up again, and we would have absolutely no problem in recommending your villa to anyone else. We all had such a great time at your place. Credit also goes to your recommended ticket agents, KGS, who were fantastic with us and couldn’t help us enough. They were easy to find and very helpful. We even needed their assistance to find the hospital as we needed to take our grandson to ER. They pointed us in the right direction, and expressed loads of concern The 1st week was a little cold however the 2 week was in the upper eighties and everyone went home with a lovely tan! We explored most of the parks during our stay, we had a trip on an airboat and we even ventured West to Clearwater Beach, where I had fond memories of a trip there 20 years ago. The place has changed a lot in 20 years, however the same white sandy beaches remain and everyone loved that trip. It was great to meet your management company members, and they are such a credit to you and the overall rental experience. We saw Colin a few times and he helped us with information on many other things, and such a great character! So I just wanted to write to say thanks for helping us to enjoy a very memorable holiday at your villa. We have such fond memories to take away with us, and it was a joy to be able to bring our new grandson with us. He won’t have any memories, of course, however we took many photos of him at your villa and we will definitely be letting him understand what they mean when the time is right! I think we also timed the trip just right, as this week is half term holidays for the UK and most of the USA…the parks were fairly busy, so I’d hate to think how much busier they will be this week! So once again, thanks for being part of, and adding to, a fantastic holiday – the whole experience was a truly memorable one made even more special with the smooth accommodation details. Best regards, Jay and Clare Buckett

Magnolia View was an exceptional home. Everything was as described but was even better in real life!!! We felt immediately at home as soon as we stepped through the fornt door. The pool and deck area are fantastic as was the interior of the property. I would and will be highly recommending this property to friends and family.

Great house with plenty of space, well equiped and a pool. Situated on a "resort" which we didn't take full use of the facilities as too busy at the parks. You need a car, but it is then conveniently close to the i4 which makes getting to Disney, Seaworld and Universal very straightforward. 4 Double rooms upstairs and one double downstairs. Despite having 10 comfortable beds probably having 10 people would be a bit of a squeeze although it has all the kit for 10. Games room well equiped.

Wonderful. That's it!What more can we say.We stayed in this wonderful property just two weeks ago,we found it exactly as advertised, but in reality,it was so much more. There were seven of us in our party, three of which were children, there was so much space, privacy was not an issue. The pool area was ideal, again very spacious, with the added bonus of a BBQ. Our greatest problem was getting the children out of the pool, and then when we did, we had to get them out of the garage, where games galore were provided. The double storey screen surrounding the pool and house was an absolute godsend as you could sit out of an evening protected from insects.Everything inside the house was of excellent quality and very comfortable and clean. The added bonus for us was being able to talk to the owners of this property, whom we found to be most helpful and kind.We will most certainly be renting this house again.

We just returned home from a wonderful time at Reunion. The home is lovely, very clean and the owners are very considerate of their guests. A Publix grocery store is nearby and I-4 is easily accessible for the Disney Parks and restaurants. The property management is very professional and can be reached if you have any problems. Linda, the property owner, is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We have rented many vacation homes and are very particular. This one is definitely one of our favorites and we look forward to returning.

My family and I have stayed at Magnolia View in Reunion three times now. Every time we return the experience just gets better - this home is top of the line luxury, yet comfortable enough to feel like home. The pool is fabulous after a long day at the theme parks, which are just a short drive away. In the resort, the pools and especially the waterpark are the kids favorite! What makes it even more special is there are no crowds, and although the resort is expansive, it feels like a private getaway! The waterpark tops that of the Nicolodeon hotel by far, and is much nicer, cleaner, and extremely well maintained. The home is spacious, clean, and top of the line. There is a game room with air hockey, pool table, Wii, and foozball - the outside kitchen is fabulous for barbeques. We stayed in June and the weather was fantastic. The owners of this home are especially accomodating and care for all the details prior to your arrival. We can't wait to visit again!

We stayed at Magnolia View in December 2008 and it could not have been more perfect. Our second stay in April 2010 was every bit as enjoyable. The home is warm and beautifully decorated. The two master suites work well for two families and there is plenty of space for 10 to stay comfortably. The home and pool are well maintained and the owner Linda is a gracious host that ensures every detail is looked after. Reunion resort has so much to offer. The water park is fantastic for kids and the golf courses are exceptional. Disney and Sea World are 10- 15 minutes away. We have rented several homes in Florida and other states that cost much more, but Magnolia is by far our favorite and we will return again in 2011. It is awesome! John

We had a great stay in a beautifully luxurious house, with plenty of space for the kids and disabled father-in-law. The resort is very peaceful. The house was very clean and presentable. The pool was lovely after a long day at the parks or shopping. Although the resort is a little way from the "hot-spots" it still has a few takeaways around and is only really 15 minutes from Disney. My only gripe is that we were not able to freely access the resort facilities (e.g. golf and water park). Apparently, the rules have changed and now owners only have 42 guest passes per annum. This means that you really should be aware of this and, if you really want to use the facilities, check with the owner before booking. Otherwise, this was a prefect home and we would happily stay there again.

We have stayed at Magnolia View for the past two years and have had nothing but a wonderful experience both times. The house is immaculate and very nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool, spa and game room and were excited about the Wii! The bedrooms are big and have the most comfortable mattress that we have ever slept on. It is about a 10 minute drive to Disney and we would not stay anywhere else. We've stayed at 2 other homes previously and they don't even compare. The pictures shown are nice, but do not do it justice. The property and home are very clean when we arrive. The owner was available at all times and always responded to my questions right away. I would highly recommend this property to our friends and family.

What an excellent place to stay for a wonderful vacation in the Orlando-area. The home is absolutely beautiful and I can't think of a better place to stay if you have a lot of family or friends with you. Just 15 minutes from Disney and other parks... if the weather had been better (cold winter!) the pool would have been used a lot more. We plan to rent this home again!

We stayed here in October of 2009. The house is MAGNIFICENT! Oh my gosh there just aren't words to describe this place. Every room is inviting, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The resort is so close to Disney yet so far away from everything that is Mouse. It's nice to be able to escape from the parks after a long day in them. We loved it so much that we are wanting to try and plan a week at Christmas because it's such a perfect home for a family to stay. The game room was a BLAST! Even my stempmom and dad played the Wii and when they got back home, they even bought their own! Thank you so much for such a memorable vacation!!!!!
