The private gated community, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake boasts features such as a lake, fishing pier, boat ramp and clubhouse. Nearby, there are stores such as Lowe's, Wal-mart and other amenities.

This house was newly built in July 2007 to a very high standard and as such, represents an excellent opportunity to be one of the first to stay.
