Perfect for entertaining, and adjacent to the backyard oasis, the open 'great room' features a fireplace, t.v. entertainment center, windows galore, high ceilings, a fully furnished, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, separate dining table, and a generous built-in desk, work counter and cabinets. (the villa's second computer & desk workspace)
The tiled entryway, with views past the dining room and out to the desert beyond, opens into an intimate, but open separate dining room. Whether you want a romantic candlelight dinner for two or prefer to entertain for eight, the dining room offers stylish, old world charm with sliding glass doors leading to views out over the lanai, pool and desert.
The den, a perfect in-home office, features a unique project desk with computer, printer, high speed internet and wireless access complete with a seating area, cable t.v. and a sleeper sofa that converts to a comfortable Queen bed, when needed. (Unlike some sleeper sofas this one is actually quite comfy.)
With large sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai and pool area outside, the spacious and elegant master bedroom suite has a seating area with a t.v./entertainment armoir, high ceilings, designer window coverings and King bed. I lived in Arizona for several years in the 80's. Although I now live on the water in Florida, I am still captivated by the serenity and beauty of the Sonoran desert. I decided to buy a peaceful villa in the Pinnacle Canyon area in 2007. In addition to enjoying our villa we offer it as a luxury rental for minimum rental periods of 30 days or more.

We recently stayed at the Villa Casare during most of July 2010. This was our first time renting through VRBO and we are were very pleased with our experience. The host was very flexible, understanding and offered great directions and information about the place. The bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and pool area exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do justice to this place. It was very quiet and well maintained. We found the location to meet our needs. We have been to Scottsdale many times and this was a very memorable place and holiday! We would recommended this place as great holiday spot!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

The home provided all the amenities as advertised. Beautifully decorated and the pool was maintained regularly.The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and great restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyable vacation.
