Gorgeous 7th Floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo -- beachfront on Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Florida. Built in 2005, it has all the cool stuff...Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, tons of upgrades! Sleeps 6-8. Master has pillowtop kingsize bed, his and hers vanities, large walk-in closet and double-sized shower with 2 shower heads. Guest bedroom has a Queen pillowtop mattress and a full private bath. Queen Sleeper Sofa and Fun Bunk Beds. All bed mattresses are pillowtop and very comfortable.
Double sliding-glass doors in the family room and also in the master suite---watch the waves and listen to the relaxing beach sounds.
Large televisions and DVD Players in the family room, master and guest bedroom. We have lots of old fashioned board games too!

Two miles of shopping on 23rd street-- just over the Hathaway Bridge. Panama City mall, Dillards, Target, Pier 1, Linens n' Things, Home Depot...it's all there. Pier Park is wonderful.... with Dillards, Tootsies, BackPorch Restaurant, Margaritaville, Hofbrau Biergarten, JC Penney, RON JON Surf Shop, Bootleg BBQ, Longhorn Steakhouse, Mermaid Trading Co.---over 50 new shops and restaurants on FrontBeach Road. The new City Pier has opened as well, and has fireworks and fishing competitions throughout the year.
You're only 45 minutes to Destin-it's an easy drive along Hwy.98. Silver Sands outlets, HardRock Cafe, etc. - a great day trip.
The water is beautiful, the food is great and you'll have sand between your toes!
Panama City Beach is undergoing some great changes. The new International airport opened in May 2010. Southwest Airlines flies directly to PCB from several US Cities. Come back to relax....You're only TWO FEET from anywhere.

As life long visitors to Panama City Beach, we bought this condo as new construction a few years ago. We visit the unit atleast 3 times per year to replace all pillows, clean the comforters, add new games and videos, etc. We want it to be super clean and comfortable for our visitors. We have lots of repeat guests, so we change the decor and features to give them little surprises each time.

We arrived at the condo and our expectations where exceeded.The furnishings and decorations where some of the best we have ever seen in renting from VRBO property.The condo was extremely well kept and very clean. Matter of fact, it is the cleanest condo I have ever rented. It had all the comforts of home and plus more.The location was perfect. My family has been coming to Panama City as long as I can remember.Now that I have my own family, we plan on continuing the tradition.This was the best stay we have had-we have reason to even aquire about ever staying somewhere else.We never really needed anything which wasnt provided for us,but when we interacted with the staff,they were very helpful and courteous.We also enjoyed the parking facility-it was well designed.Wonderful views from the balcony and the interior was unbelievable.It was very tasteful,clean, and up to date-like a home away from home.I've told my parents about our experiance and now they plan to stay at The Treasure Island Resort the next time they come to the best beach around.

Just got back from our vacation in paradise and Karen, I can't say enough about your wonderful condo. This was our first year staying on this end of the beach and in this resort and we couldn't believe how much we liked it. We had four people in our party, two adults and two older teens, and we had more than enough room to be in the condo and not on top of each other. The pictures don't do it justice and there are things that aren't listed that make it even more appealing, for instance the parking space location and the condo location in relation to the elevators. These things made loading and unloading as well as coming and going, so easy. It's also located so close to great places to eat and markets without having to bother with the busy middle beach(front beach road) traffic. The books and games and extras in the condo made it feel like you had picked up home and moved it to the beach. We loved walking to St. Andrews State Park every morning and there was so much more sea life to view on this end of the beach. The resort complex was great and extremely helpful and the views from the balcony were just breathtaking. My husband and I are coming back in a month and I only wish Karen had a one bedroom to rent, but we will definitely be back with the family again next year. Thanks so much for sharing your second home with us.

You provide all the comforts of home down to the board game "Clue' It had been years since I had played this board game and enjoyed showing my children the game. Karen. Our second visit to your beautiful condo was as "perfect" as the first. The decor and aminities are top notch...even to the point of MP3 and WiFi. You didn't miss a trick. The building and staff are very thorough and considerate. The location of the building couldn't be more convenient to good restaurants and yet far enough away from the young people's glitz to be restful. Destin certainly has nothing on the beaches in front of the unit either. All-in-all, if stars were the rating I would give it the max of 5. Thanks for making our stay a wonderful time.
