Beautiful Condo available at Treasure Island Resort. Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo -- beachfront on Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Florida. Built in 2005, it has all the cool stuff...Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, tons of upgrades! Master has pillowtop kingsize bed, his and hers vanities, large walk-in closet and double-sized shower with 2 shower heads. Guest bedroom has a Queen pillowtop mattress and a full private bath. Queen Sleeper Sofa and Fun Bunk Beds. All bed mattresses are pillowtop and very comfortable.
Double sliding-glass doors in the family room and also in the master suite---watch the waves and listen to the relaxing beach sounds.
Large televisions and DVD Players in the family room, master and guest bedroom. We have lots of games and videos too!
Fullsized washer and dryer inside condo. Very convenient, covered parking, with assigned space -- no more 5 minute elevator rides.
The kitchen has great upgrades -- stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave oven, smooth surface cooktop and side-by-side fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. Stocked beyond the Platinum level with cooking supplies and utensils.

Two miles of shopping on 23rd street-- just over the Hathaway Bridge. Panama City mall, Target, Pier 1, Linens n' Things, Home Depot...it's all there.
You're only 45 minutes to Destin-it's an easy drive along Hwy.98.

The new City Pier is under construction and will be open soon.

With an onsite cleaning service and rental agent, visiting our condo is super easy. You'll pick up your keys, pool pass, and anything else you need right at the front desk.

Owner's Map of Treasure Island
As life long visitors to Panama City Beach, we bought this condo as new construction a few years ago. We visit the unit atleast 3 times per year to replace all pillows, clean the comforters, add new games and videos, etc. We want it to be super clean and comfortable for our visitors. We have lots of repeat guests, so we change the decor and features to give them little surprises each time.
