Built in 2005, it has all the cool stuff...Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, tons of upgrades! Master has pillowtop kingsize bed, his and hers vanities, large walk-in closet and double-sized shower with 2 shower heads. Guest bedroom has a Queen pillowtop mattress and a full private bath. Queen Sleeper Sofa and Fun Bunk Beds. All bed mattresses are pillowtop and very comfortable. Walk to Schooners & hang out to listen to the band or grab a quick lunch -- convenient to the PCB International Airport (a short, 10 minutes drive), and Captain Anderson's Marina. Very quiet part of the beach, convenient to local shopping and restaurants. Two miles of shopping on 23rd street-- just over the Hathaway Bridge. Panama City mall, Target, Pier 1, Linens n' Things, Home Depot...it's all there. You're only 45 minutes to Destin-it's an easy drive along Hwy.98. The water is beautiful, the food is great and you'll have sand between your toes! Panama City Beach is undergoing some great changes.
