This luxury apartment is located in Rue des Beaux Arts, in the 6th district, just five minutes walk from the intellectual cross roads of Paris, Les Deux Magots, at St Germain des Prés. The great bohemian playwright Oscar Wilde lived and died in the "Hotel" in Rue des Beaux Arts, and in the same "Hotel" Jorge Luis Borges resided some years later. The world famous École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts (Ensba) de Paris is at the end of the street, on the corner with Rue Bonaparte. Our apartment offers a nice entry, a very large living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large kitchen. It s entirely furnished with antiques and features XVIII century paintings and prints and antique geographic maps. The living room has three large windows opening on the Rue des Beaux Arts, a dining area with a beautiful table for 10 to 12 people, a living area with a traditional Parisian fireplace, two beautiful sofas, a prestigious "Empire" dresser and minor furnishings.
