  My husband and I arrived sept.22 and stayed for a week. From the moment we walked into the Aqua, we were in love. The parking at Aqua was close and convenient, all enclosed and never had to go outside (if it was raining). The elevators were never crowded always fast and working great, never had to wait longer than a min. or two (excellent experience), if you have ever stayed at a place where the elevators were bad you can totally appreciate our excitement. The room was awesome, so clean and beautiful, the sliding glass door in the bedroom that overlooked the ocean was just beautiful. We could not have asked for a better view. The only negative thing I could say is, the door going out on the balcony from the living room was very hard to open, I never was able to turn the handle my husband had to open it, but lets face it that's no big deal. The walk to near by pier park was about 8-10 min. we loved it. Our contact with the owner was excellent, we didn't have any problems so we never had to personally contact the owner, but I am sure if we would have it would have been taken care of right away. Thanks for the memories

  We just returned from a great time at the beach and enjoyed our stay at Aqua. The view from the 14th floor wa spectacular, and well decorated,and equipped condo. Becky was excellent to work with, always quickly available if needed. Would highly recommend to my family and friends. Thanks Becky!

  I just returned from staying in this condo and it was so nice and enjoyable. It is definitely a place I would recommend. It is so nice I am already considering on going back in September.

  This was the second time in 4 years that we have rented this condo unit. We loved it as much the second time as the first. The accommodations are exactly as described, and exceptional. Being a family of 5, it is a real treat to have a separate bed/room for everyone, instead of having someone sleep on a pull-out in the living room. Additionally, the second bathroom is a huge bonus. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen is well-equipped for all variety of cooking. Prior to arriving, the owner is easily accessible via email and text and responds quickly and kindly. She is a pleasure to work with. The amazing white sands and emerald waters speak for themselves, but the proximity to Pier Park is another added bonus. If you enjoy an evening stroll and don't plan on leaving the main area of Panama City Beach, you could easily get away without a rental car because of all the activity in and around Pier Park. As a family, we looked forward to walking there together each night for a bite to eat, some casual shopping, great fishing, and general night life. Can't say enough good things about the condo and location!

  Spectacular view from the 14th floor in this well decorated very clean well equipped condo. Becky was excellent to work with, always quickly available if needed. Would highly recommend to my family and friends. Thanks Becky enjoyed our three month stay.

  We have visited Panama City twice a year for the last 3 years and this is the best location on the beach. It is located very close to the newer upscale shopping and restaurant sites as well as the new Pier on the west end. The unit is even better than the pictures and was extremely clean and well maintained. Becky is the best to work with while making reservations and always responded quickly with answers to our questions. On the day we arrived, Becky called us to be sure everything was ok at the Condo. I have never had anyone take the time to check-in with us to see if we needed anything. If you have any doubt about how the condo will be when you arrive - rest assured your stay will exceed expections. The best thing is you don't have to check-in with the anyone upon arrival. Just go to the room and use the key code to access your room without any delays. We will definitely stay with Becky again. If this condo is not the size you need check with Becky about the other size condo's she has at Aqua..

  This condo is the best at Aqua! We found the king beds to be extremely comfortable and the furnishings beautiful. We were thrilled to find that the condo was even MORE beautiful than the pictures! The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed for an awesome and relaxing vacation. Aqua is very quiet although it is within walking distance to Pier Park with fun dining experiences and shopping. We also loved that 2 beach chairs came with the condo. Ryan was our beach attendant and was super friendly and helpful. The view from the patio is breathtaking and we loved being on the 14th floor! The owner is wonderful to work with and takes pride in this condo....and it shows! We will certainly be back! Thanks for a great Labor day weekend getaway!

  When AQUA first opened, my wife and I toured the resort at an open house. We loved the whole place! The pools, large indoor hot tub, exercise room, stainless BBQ grills, and the unit floorplans are spacious. This unit is wonderful! On the 14th floor, so you have a great view of the sunsets! The unit is clean and well maintained with everything you need for your stay. The pillow top beds are heavenly. The balcony is the perfect place to have a tropical beverage and enjoy the views. AQUA is an easy walk across the street to Pier Park and numerous excellent restaurants and shopping. Overall, this is a great unit in an outstanding resort. The owners were helpfull and answered all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this unit and the AQUA resort to all our friends and family. In fact, we've been back to AQUA for three week long vacations since this stay!
