Our Luxury unit has uscale furnishings and all the amenities you could want. Fully eqipped kitchen with granite counter tops. We also replaced Aqua's small washer and dryer with full size high effecieny units. The living area has a 37" Sony DLP TV, DVD Player, and stereo. The Gulffront master bedroom has a 32" LCD TV and DVD player, the 2nd bedrooms has 27" TV and dvd player, and a king size bed. Both bedrooms have top of the line plush pillowtop mattresses for a great nights sleep. Our seperate bunkroom has twin bunks, flat screen tv and dvd player to entertain the kids.
Aqua is Panama City's newest resort situated on 250 feet of sugar white sand and aqua blue waters. Enjoy a spectacular sunset and sunrise from your private balcony that overlook the pools and ocean. Watch the dolphin and parasailers while listening to the ocean waves come ashore. The amenities are first class, it is truly the BEST!! Several 1,2,& 3br condos available.
As you enter the lobby you will see beautiful cascading waterfalls leading to two fabulous outdoor pools. The oceanfront pools are surrounded by palm trees and tropical lush landscaping, one pool is an indoor/outdoor pool that is heated. Enjoy a refreshing drink at Tiki Bar and internet hot spot. There is a fantastic workout room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf. The parking garage is across the street with an air conditioned walk-over to take you to a bank of elevators leading to your unit.

We have visited Panama City twice a year for the last 3 years and this is the best location on the beach. It is located very close to the newer upscale shopping and restaurant sites as well as the new Pier on the west end. The unit is even better than the pictures and was extremely clean and well maintained. Becky is the best to work with while making reservations and always responded quickly with answers to our questions. On the day we arrived, Becky called us to be sure everything was ok at the Condo. I have never had anyone take the time to check-in with us to see if we needed anything. If you have any doubt about how the condo will be when you arrive - rest assured your stay will exceed expections. The best thing is you don't have to check-in with the anyone upon arrival. Just go to the room and use the key code to access your room without any delays. We will definitely stay with Becky again. If this condo is not the size you need check with Becky about the other size condo's she has at Aqua..

This condo is the best at Aqua! We found the king beds to be extremely comfortable and the furnishings beautiful. We were thrilled to find that the condo was even MORE beautiful than the pictures! The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed for an awesome and relaxing vacation. Aqua is very quiet although it is within walking distance to Pier Park with fun dining experiences and shopping. We also loved that 2 beach chairs came with the condo. Ryan was our beach attendant and was super friendly and helpful. The view from the patio is breathtaking and we loved being on the 14th floor! The owner is wonderful to work with and takes pride in this condo....and it shows! We will certainly be back! Thanks for a great Labor day weekend getaway!

When AQUA first opened, my wife and I toured the resort at an open house. We loved the whole place! The pools, large indoor hot tub, exercise room, stainless BBQ grills, and the unit floorplans are spacious. This unit is wonderful! On the 14th floor, so you have a great view of the sunsets! The unit is clean and well maintained with everything you need for your stay. The pillow top beds are heavenly. The balcony is the perfect place to have a tropical beverage and enjoy the views. AQUA is an easy walk across the street to Pier Park and numerous excellent restaurants and shopping. Overall, this is a great unit in an outstanding resort. The owners were helpfull and answered all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this unit and the AQUA resort to all our friends and family. In fact, we've been back to AQUA for three week long vacations since this stay!

No disappointment here! This property was more than we expected. Very clean, well maintained and the furnishings were very nice as well as the amenities. Everything you need. The photos were accurate in showing the appearance of the property. I would recommend this property to family and friends without hesitation and would definitely stay here again.
