This unique round house has an unparalleled view not offered by any other property on the island. The proximity to the water and the floor to ceiling windows, which offer a 180 degree panoramic view, makes this house very special. Recent renovations have been made to the entire exterior, while the interior has been newly painted and decorated. Most homes have a beach theme while ours has an African Gullah feel, reflecting the area's historical past.
Walking into the house, you enter into one of two living areas, which share an incredible ocean view view. Both the upper and lower floors have wrap around decks, which are perfect for dolphin watching, sunsets and spotting shrimp boats on the horizon. The downstairs living area shares space with three bedrooms and two full baths. One queen bedroom comes with a sliding door to the lower deck. The two other bedrooms have twin beds and are perfect for kids. The laundry area is located in one of the two full baths downstairs.
Upstairs enjoys the more formal living and dining areas with an eat-in kitchen. The king size master bedroom has an attached full bath including a Jacuzzi tub for two. A television is located in the master bedroom, and in both the upper and lower living areas.
In the morning walk out on the back deck, step down onto the beach and go for a walk. Or if you are feeling more active, walk to the Pool Club and take advantage of the Olympic size pool, tennis courts, volleyball, swing sets, basketball and excercise room. Our island is very special and our round house is an experience in and of itself, come and see for yourself!
