There are just 19 units in this complex and this ground floor unit is one of the largest 1 BR units in the complex with an open floor plan in kitchen, dining and living area. Easy access to parking area from bedroom and living room.
This is a family owned unit and we take pride in providing vacationers with a great and relaxing vacation retreat. 200 refundable deposit required (ck will be held until unit is checked after departure and then returned to you if no damage), $75.00 cleaning fee and 10% Florida tax.
