  We recently had a family reunion/ski vacation in Park City. My brother and sister flew out from Virginia and we came in from California. This home was perfect for our 3 families with a total of 12 people. It was an easy drive to Deer Valley and all the local restaurants . There was a Whole Foods and Walmart within 5 minutes to pick up a few basic groceries. The home had more than enough space where each member of our family could relax with a book, go online with the free wifi, play pool, or sit in the outdoor hot tub. We were very glad to have stayed here instead of a hotel. It is beautifully designed and well appointed with everything you could need for wonderful week of skiing.   This was the perfect place for our family and extended family of 15. We enjoyed the luxury and comfort of a beautiful home and not once felt crowded. The kids loved the hot tub, the adults loved the open kitchen and roominess for buffet dining. It was also wonderful to have a tuning room and a place to store all ski boots and ski equipment. The game room was heavily used too. The location of this house also was so convenient as we went to multiple ski areas e.g., Deer Valley, Park City, Snowbird, and Solitude. This is going down as our most memorable group ski trip!

  I agree with everyone's comments. The house is in exceptional condition with the highest quality furnishings. My group has rented the place twice for a college reunion, and we'll definitely be back. For my group who comes from different places around the country, we love that we can leave the SLC airport and be at the house in about 30 minutes (it's 10 minutes closer than Park City, which matters when your flight home leaves early in the morning!). Not that we were there to watch TV, but there are a number of large TV's, which were great for watching the NFL playoffs after coming off the slopes. I also think the house is perfect for a family reunion of three or four families with kids. The kitchen is very central with a huge fridge/freezer, and the kids will love the bunk room and pool table.

  This house is beautiful. It had all the amenities we, as a group of 15, needed. It is located close to the Canyons resort as well as the local grocery store and Starbucks. Easy driving distance to Park City and Deer Valley as well. The owners are friendly and helpful. They communicated in a timely manner and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would stay there again...

  Deer Oak Lodge was everything promised in the listing description, and more!! Not only was the listing accurate (loved the fact that the listing included so many photos and a floor plan), but the owners are incredibly nice. We arrived to a very clean accommodation and felt immediately comfortable. Manuals and instructions were clear and abundant to help us with questions as we set about to use the amenities. We had one plumbing issue, which was resolved immediately--we thought this demonstrated the owner's level of interest in keeping the property in perfect condition. As a group of women (all breast cancer survivors) who were keen to use the occasion to celebrate life, we could not have been happier. I hope we are able to return in the years to come!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  Best house in Bear Hollow Village, bar none. I stayed here with a group of friends over Sundance and the house couldn't have been better. Impeccably decorated and incredibly equipped. Very spacious house with multiple entertainment rooms that allow people to spread out. I look forward to renting again from Sue and Gary who have been great hosts. Thank you!

  Wow! What a great house for a vacation home. Wonderful design for entertaining and also space for everyone. Really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and ability to socialize while creating meals. A great Park City location easy access to all ski areas and close to food and stores at Redstone. Will definitly return for a future visit and recommend to friends. We were fortunate to find your new home available for our vacation stay.

  Great place! Luxurious without being stuffy, this superbly equipped house was the perfect base for our group of friends. Close to everything. Countless features too numerous to mention but if I had to pick one it would be the fact that each bedroom has its own bath. Have already made plans to stay here again. Can't wait!

  We had the most amazing week in this house. I came here with a group of friends from school, and everything was perfect. The house was the best part (besides the amazing snow). It was very spacious, amazingly furnished, and in a great location. Gary and Sue are great too! I definitely recommend it.

  An outstanding house! Very comfortable and very well-equiped. One of the best we have had in our 19 years of annual trips! It was perfect for our group of 12 adults but would also work very well with children. Highly recommended!
