At night, the sound of the waves gently crashing on the shore will lull you to sleep. With nothing between you and the beach, you are literally steps away from the sand.
Our condo is a GROUND FLOOR, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath, OCEANFRONT, completely furnished tropical home away from home. In addition to to the breathtaking panoramic ocean views, you will be within walking distance to world-class surfing at famous Zippers, horseback riding, a small market and excellent restaurants. A short 5 minute drive takes you to a mini mall which includes a full supermarket, a movie theater and many small shops and eateries. The downtown area of San Jose is also minutes away, where you can stroll the quaint streets, exploring a host of shops, restaurants and historical sites.
The La Jolla condominium complex is a beautifully manicured, lushly tropical garden retreat that boasts 2 swimming pools, and 24-hour security. While lounging by the pool, you can enjoy WiFi internet from your laptop computer. La Jolla is truly the perfect location with its relaxing, beautifully exotic surroundings, and yet it is only 25 minutes from the fast-paced action of Cabo San Lucas and the famous "Los Arcos" and Lover's Beach.

Why the Owner Chose La Jolla de Los Cabos
We have traveled all over Mexico and before we bought our condo, we stayed at La Jolla de los Cabos several times. We absolutely fell in love with it's beauty, tranquility and location on the beach. The first time we walked into our condo and saw the gorgeous ocean spread out before us, we were hooked. It has everything we were looking for and the location of the condo cannot be beat. San Jose offers us a short 2 hr flight and is close to everything we could want, including a quaint downtown area, gourmet restaurants, shopping, and activities. We have found our paradise, and love sharing it with our family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We honestly feel the biggest benefit unique to staying at our condo is the feeling we get sitting on our patio and taking in the expansive view. We literally are steps from the sand, and have a panoramic view of the whole Costa Azul beach. But again, the view is what sold us! Another unique feature to our condo is that we are ground floor - no up and down stairs, no heavy suitcases and bags to lug. Mike would surely say that his favorite unique benefit is that a world famous surf spot called Zippers is a short walk from our condo, and we are on the best beach in San Jose. I would say that being able to sit on the patio and watch whales jump out of the water, swim with their babies, and pound their tails on the water is definitely a unique benefit. Our condo, our complex and San Jose del Cabo itself are all truly unique places.

We are native Southern Californians and although we love where we live, we've always dreamed of having a home right on the ocean, and have worked hard to make our dream a reality. Mike works in the health care field and Lori works in the airlines industry. Both careers afford ample flexibility and we enjoy our condo as much as we can. Our hobbies include travel, tennis, surfing, diving, to name a few. We have found a place where we can enjoy all the things we love in surroundings that take our breath away!

The view: We had nothing in front of our view of the beach and Sea of Cortez except beautiful palm trees. It was easy to walk across the grass and slip down onto the beach. The condo with a restaurant down the beach had fireworks twice and we had a front row seat. The people who lived there and the security guard were super friendly and helpful. It was warm to hot in the daytime; our beautiful uncrowded beach was great for reading and jumping in the water when you got too hot, If you are wanting quiet and beauty this ground floor condo is your answer. We are already thinking of next year. Recommended for: Tourists without a Car

Everything was great. The place was awesome, and there wasn't anything that was overlooked. We will definitely keep it in mind the next time we are thinking about a holiday. We did go ziplining and I would recommend that to everyone, it was great. Our youngest son went parasailing on Medano beach and he thought that was awesome. We really enjoyed the little restaurant at the gates to the resort. We also took the bus everywhere and found that to be very enjoyable, as we saw some things we never would have seen. We enjoyed Mama Mias next door, one evening and went karokeing. Our favorite place was still San Jose, as Cabo is getting very big and there are a lot of people there. It also has become quite commercialized. All and all we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. Thanks a lot for everything. Trent & Toby Sillers
