Parking is available at $14.00 per day or $125.00 per month, but you may not need it since you can walk to everything in Waikiki and public transportation to everything on Oahu is just outside the building. We heard through friends that these individually owned studio condos at the Wyndham's Royal Garden Hotel were very nice and very affordable and it's true! A hotel room in this area of Waikiki is double the price. The condo had everything provided to make meals (note it's a not a full kitchen), the pots/pans were new and all the appliances worked well and the room itself was in very good condition. We really liked being on a quieter side street off the main drag but you could walk to everything including the beach in just minutes. We didn't even need to rent a car so we saved even more money! The renovation on the the main hotel has a nice tropical feel with all the beautiful natural marble in the lobby and hallways. The room is sizable enough for two people but that's it. We felt safe walking to/from the hotel at night and the hotel has a very friendly staff but since this is an individually owned unit in the hotel, you can't do much more than ask directions for things. If you need something, you have to go to the management agent and he was very helpful and able to tell us everything we needed to know ahead of time. Thank you so much and we'll be back!

The room itself was clean and had an nice view from the balcony. During our stay a lot of the levels in the building were under renovation which resulted in long waits for the elovator and dumpsters in the valay area. We had planed to cook some meals in the appartement but with just one boliling plate an a broken microwave it became a struggle. It´s location is good because everything is close in Waikiki.

We really enjoyed staying in your unit at the Royal Garden Hotel and Spa. We've been coming to Hawaii for 40 years so we know a great value when we see one. A big plus is that you have a a privately owned condominium in a Wyndham building so you are assured it's higher quality. Your management agent Steve High is great to work with too. This property does not have "Spa" facilities although it has a great swimming pool and garden area as well as a sauna. Soon, once construction is complete, we will have an expanded gym for use of owners and guests. There are also plans to expand the laundry facilities to a larger, more complete and comfortable complex. Our maturing neighborhood with the beaufitul Lanikea project across the street, the Lofts a block away and world class shopping such as Tiffanys a block and a half away, and now with the assistance of the Wyndham in our building, we are experiencing a renaissance in Waikiki. We can say with honesty that amid the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, this building and it's units are "quiet" and near the action without all the noise and chaos the action brings to city life. We are a comfortable stroll to the beach, about 5 blocks to the Convention Center and a half a block to a major bus route. Royal Garden at Waikiki is becoming a tremendous value in Waikiki and a sought after destination by world travelers. Thank you again, Steve

I used to live in Hawaii and was coming back for a friend's wedding. I wanted to be in Waikiki because it would be the most convenient and found this property on vrbo. The property manager was excellent and was very prompt with replies. When I got to the Royal Garden I was impressed with the beautiful lobby and friendly service. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, clean, and had great views. In addition, it was very quiet despite being in the heart of Waikiki. I was always able to find a spot to park on the street or use the valet so it was convenient. Perfect!

Well equiped condo with everthing I needed and just right for 1 to 2 people. Enjoyed my stay. Pool area is nice and quiet. Condo close to bus, beach, shopping, resturants and most everything you need. Laundry on same floor which was handy. I would return to this unit.

Staying at Mike's place was fabulous. It was a beautiful room which had a great kitchenette. Everything was clean and Mike/property agent were easy to deal with. The condo was close to everything in Waikiki and with the bus just at the end of the road if you didn't want to walk you didn't need to. We would recommend this to anyone staying in Waikiki and we would definitely stay there again.

We loved the classy building and clean condo that offerred so much more than a hotel room and more than most vacation rentals. Everything was provided from the beach chairs to the fully stocked kitchenette to prepare meals. We enjoyed sipping wine on the balcony with the beatiful views every night. It was a plus being off the main street (quieter for sleeping) yet just around the corner were all the shops and restaurants and only a a few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach. We'll be back every year!
