This luxurious newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms, duplex condo has over 1300 sq. ft. of living space & is located directly on Hunter Mountain, a few hundred feet from the slopes. The lower floor has a full kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, dining room, living room with an outdoor balcony with unbeatable mountain views & a stone fireplace with a 42' plasma TV above the mantle. In the master suite, there is a Queen bed, an outdoor balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains & a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed & many windows for incredible mountain views. A full bathroom is next to the bedroom.
You will also have access to the Kaatskill Mountain Club amenities just across the way, which include an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fitness center, full service spa & game room. Come get away to this beautiful mountain retreat.

As Hunter Mountain strides ahead toward the status of a true four-season resort, we continue to offer more & more activities & fun things to do in the 'greener' seasons.
There's something for everyone at Hunter Mountain. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the natural wonders that abound in the Northern Catskills. Miles & miles of state maintained hiking trails criss-cross the area, offering terrain for short scenic hikes to extended backtrip excursions. In fact, one of the trails known as the Devil's Path is rated as the most difficult day hike in the country.
NY Zipline Adventure Tours
The Zipline will be the longest & highest zipline canopy tour in North America, featuring over 5 miles of ziplines, some reaching heights of nearly 600 feet above the ground. The summit 'zips' will thrill even the most die-hard adventure seeker, but there will also be many tamer, family-friendly zips, canopy tours & adventures for all ages, all ability levels. This will be a four-season operation - if you're dressed for skiing or snowboarding (minus the boots), you're dressed for winter ziplining.
Flyfishing
Hunter Mountain is proud to offer its Orvis-Certified Fly Fishing School. Orvis is the world's leader in fly fishing equipment & know-how, with nearly 150 years of experience in the field, & our full-service shop features a great selection of gear, apparel, tackle, flies and tying supplies, & much more.
Skyride
The Hunter Mountain Skyride is the longest chairlift in the Catskills, over one mile long. This comfortable four passenger chairlift takes you & your family to the summit of Hunter Mountain in only eleven minutes.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend here. The view of the mountains and moonrise was spectacular, with large windows in every room. We'd never been to the Catskills before, and had a great time hiking to the waterfalls, taking the art trail around North South lake, and going to Howe's Caverns. We are so happy to have rented this clean and spacious condo as a place to come back to after a day outside!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The place was amazing! The gas fireplace was such a cozy feature to sit down to after a long day on the slopes! I was hesitant to rent off a website because I've never done that before. But Sean and Ursula were very friendly, helpful and honest. I would definitely stay here again. Great for ski/board trips to Hunter! Local restaurants were great. I'd recommend checking out Last Chance Cheese in downtown Tannersville.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The place was in excellent condition, new and very nice furnishings and kitchen, Large balconies, easy to find and very good location. Resturant across the street was very nice. It looks like if there was a lot of snow it would be a ski in condo. At the time of booking the snow was mud. They are builing another set of units that blocks access to the ski trail. When that is competed, it should be ski in ski out with some snow. It would be a short walk to the end of the parking lot. Hunter mountian was fun for skiing.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

First of all, Sean is great! He really is so helpful and kind. Second, The place is amazing! It has a cute design, and everything is so clean and brand new. He has amazing appliances: flat screen tv, something to plug your ipod, etc. And it is really close to the ski slopes. You can walk, it is less than two blocks away. Over all, amazing! And if you don;t have a car, the bus from nyc port authority drops you off really close by.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
