This deluxe Bluffs Cottage has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and plenty of space for the whole family, or can be dialed down for a quiet romantic interlude for a couple and their favorite pet! Either way, here's what we have to offer: A fully furnished, neat and squeaky clean (it's brand new in 2007!), craftsmen type cottage home, two stories, with exposed wood beams and a quasi rustic flavor; contains top end kitchen appliances for you cooking aficionados, digital cable TV & flat panel LCD TVs for you sports fans, DVD players (and TVs) for the kiddos and their favorite movies, plus free WiFi and digital calling, cable TV has HBO Channels, and finally an iPod docking station to boot.
The outdoors is exceptional at The Hollows. (Why rent a lake home in the first place!!) This home offers a magnificent outdoor deck -with beautiful views across the lake and tons of trees, hard to spend time indoors with all the gadgets when you can relax on the patio furniture, sip a glass of wine, read a good book, and fire up the amazing BBQ system, not to mention the stand alone fire pit that has instant gas/flames at the flick of a switch. Got any good ghost stories to share, or when's the last time you munched on a s'more??
The big draw (and the reason we bought this casa) is the resort style amenities. The TerraMesa Resort Folks @ The Hollows offer up many super recreational diversions. Wonderful clubhouse with pools and hot tubs, a fitness club-like workout facility, restaurant on site, access to central Texas' best deep water marina - where the fishing is terrific - we've caught many fish here! They can also outfit you with a kayak and all the gear at no extra cost too! Also, you can rent speed boats and jet skis. There are hiking trails galore, scheduled daily activities for kids and adults, these include things like arts and crafts, volleyball, horseshoe, pool side music, dive in movies, wine dinners, cooking classes, and so much more...The Bottom Line: Plenty to do at The Hollows and this home is big, new, and top of the line.

One master bedroom with king size bed. Also master bath is huge - has both a giant rain type shower and/or the traditional version. DVD enabled Flat Panel TV w/ Cable. Guest Room #1 - Queen size bed and full private bath, & Flat Panel TV w/ DVD and Cable. Guest Room #2: 2 bunk beds: One twin over full, and another twin over twin, plus separate full bath. TV and DVD player. Living room has two couches (one is sleeper) & leather chair/ottoman, plus patio furniture and patio dining table enough to stay outside the whole time. Home has central heat/air, bed and bath linens included, brand new washer/dryer, microwave, drip coffee pot, toaster, bottle opener, wine opener, WiFi, etc, etc...Recycling container on site too, btw. We are pet friendly, but treat our casa as if it was your casa. We have digital calling - unlimited long distance, and cable TV w/ HBO Channels too. There is excellent wireless computer access in my home, as well as at the Clubhouse! Also, the lake level is low, but hasn't prevented boating or jet skiing yet! Our home has plenty of games, books, activity guides, maps, and ideas for fun.
Please use indoor fireplace in winter months, this is Texas and it's warm most of the year!! Bring your swim suit, fishing poles, a cooler of goodies, (maybe your laptop and ipod too), and plan to relax. Location is 3 miles from Lago Vista off 1431 - 10 miles from Cedar Park on the north side of Lake Travis. Don't forget there is a restaurant on site too.

This par 72 18-hole championship golf course designed by architect David Bennett, offers over 6500 yards of challenging play. Lago Vista sits peaceful on the North shore of Lake Travis and has been a premier golf resort for over twenty years. Note: Crystal Falls Golf Club is close too, and is an outstanding venue. Sometimes I favor this one even more than the other.
