We have used the VRBO site before and this was the best Condo for the Money. My In-Laws met me and surprised my wife with their visit from Dothan. We came down for the National Marathon to End Breast Cancer and found that from the beginning the owners were very pleasing in everything they tried to do for us. They gave us information on the Shuttle bus that met across the street at one of the local hotels that took us to the Start and brought us back from the finish. They made themselves available from the beginning to answer any questions and gave us their # to be reached if we had any problems. The accommodations were very clean and spacious with a great view of the Beach. This will definately be a condo that I recommend to my fellow runners who come from Texas to run the Marathon in February. It is also a great location for families that want to watch their loved ones run the race since it is along the course. Also within minutes to shopping and restaurants. Vincent (Temple Galloway,TX)

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Exceptional Condo

My boyfriend and teenage daughters stayed at this condo in August 2010. It was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. We loved the balcony looking down on First Street and also the Ocean View was breathtaking. My daughters were able to walk to the shops and beach and back to the condo with no worries. The bikes were a great asset to the condo. We rode them down to Atlantic and back. Great exercise after plenty of eating and drinking. Thanks again for a relaxing and restful vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This was a great place to stay. It is just a minute walk to the beach if that. The conda was beautiful and very comfortable. Owner was friendly and helpful. We would definitly stay here again. The bikes were a great addition to our fun too.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this beautiful condo in March/ April 2010. Our daughter had a Dr.s appt. in Jacksonville. The condo was very clean and in a great location. We were there during spring break and it was also very quiet. The condo was nicely decorated, up to date furnishings and washer and dryer in the unit. It is also very close to restaurants and shopping. The owner was very attentive with even having a bulb to burn out. We love the condo, the location and it was like home away from home. We definitely would stay again.

The condo is great...great location and accommodations. Its conveniently located near the beach and several restaurants. The owner was great and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED this condo! Beautifully decorated and very convenient location. Comfy beds and nice fluffy towels are also a perk! Owner is very accommodating and quick to respond to email! We will definitely make this our home away from home whenever we are in Jacksonville!

This was a beautiful condo in a great location! Unfortunately, we were there during Tropical Storm Fay who didn't want to leave so we didn't get a chance to enjoy much of the beach, but my wife and daughter went bike riding a couple of mornings and we did walk the beach a few mornings before the bad weather hit. The owners were very nice. We will definitely try to stay here again when we're in Jacksonville.

We spent a fabulous long weekend in this comfortable, spacious, well appointed condo in July. The beach was great, the balcony relaxing- just a wonderful relaxing mini vacation. Location could not have been better. The owner was helpful and accomodating. We would definitely return!

We had 5 girls staying in the condo for a relaxing Pre-Wedding weekend. we had a great time! The condo was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, close to great restaurants. And the owners were very accommodating. Thank you!

My wife,son,granddaughter, and I stayed for 5 nights and really loved it. The owners were very helpful and nice. The furnishings and electronics were very nice. My granddaughter was on line for the whole stay. Every thing that we needed was supplied and the view was fantastic. When we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

We were 2 couple who stopped in Jacksonville for 4 rounds of golf and a daily walk on the beach. The condo proved to be a great alternative to hotel rooms. The living and kitchen area were fantastic. The owners very thoughtfully provided lots of basics from coffee and filters, and paper towels to the finest in T.V.s, wireless internet and bikes. The condo was very clean!!!!!! We'll be back next January!

We stayed in this condo for a four day visit with family and were very pleased with it. Its just across the street from the ocean, and it has great views, even with a building across from the condo. The decor was tasteful and refreshingly NOT pink and turquoise! The TVs and cable are top notch. The beds (even the pull out couch) were comfortable and the baths and kitchen clean and well appointed. The owners were great to deal with. We highly recommend this condo for a visit to Jacksonville.

We loved our vacation in this condo. It was very clean, tastefully decorated with wonderful views of the ocean. There were 6 of us and the place seemed very roomy. We enjoyed the kitchen facilities. We also had fun riding the bikes on the beach.

We rented this unit in November 2007 it was great! Beautiful views, very clean and comfortable, all the necessities were provided for us. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to any friend or family member traveling to Jacksonville.

We visited Jax over a 4 day weekend and loved this condo. We enjoyed everything from the comfortable furniture to the flat screen TV's. The location was convenient to everything, and the view of the ocean was great. On the days we were there the sunrise was spectacular. The owners were great to deal with and we will definitely be back to stay in this unit again.

What a wonderful place to stay. We have been coming to Jacksonville and have stayed in a lot of places. This is the BEST. My daughter and I rode the provided bikes on the beach in the morning. Great condo! The owners are great to work with. We will be back!
