Relax in this spacious newly-remodeled 8th floor oceanfront condo. You will love being able to watch the sun rise over the ocean, or spend a calm evening watching the red glow of the sunset, all from the comfort of your private 27' balcony. Imagine being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the surf, and waking up to the sight of that gorgeous ocean. The doors in both the master bedroom and the living room open on to the massive balcony, and where the doors leave off, there are windows for an unobstructed view.

The living room and all three bedrooms have new carpet; the hallway and dining room have new ceramic tile. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in the unit for your convenience, and the galley kitchen is very well-stocked.

Our condo has both an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a lazy river, all for the exclusive use of our guests. We also have assigned parking for 2 cars on the 2nd floor, very convenient to the elevator. If you're not a golfer, there are many opportunities for sightseeing: Brookgreen Gardens and Pawleys Island to the south, Southport and Fort Fisher to the north, to name a few.

  • Loved the location. Beach was uncrowded and family-friendly, especially for young children. Lots of little pools when the tide goes out. Condo well maintained and furnished. Beautifully decorated without being "fussy." Owners were cordial and accommodating. Highly recommend this condo for your stay in Cherry Grove.

  • We love this condo!!! I felt right at home as I came through the front door. We have been vacationing in N. Myrtle Beach all of our lives, and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed, and probably the only place we will stay from now on. The condo was very roomy, very comfortable, very well stocked kitchen, and room for everyone to have their own "space". We loved the huge balcony. Your condo is in such a great location, and we loved walking down to the "point" when the tide was out. We are looking forward to our 2 weeks in July!!! Take care!!! Chris & Kelly Brown

  • THIS CONDO IS GREAT! THE FURNISHINGS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND NICE. THE KITCHEN IS WELL SUPPLIED, JUST BRING FOOD. THE LOCATION IS QUIET AND AND CLEAN. YOU HAVE A GREAT VIEW ON BOTH SIDES, THE MARSH ON ONE AND THE BEACH ON THE OTHER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL TO ALL.
