This 1,995 square foot condo features three large bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed with a large bathroom featuring travertine floors, walk in shower with rain showerhead and a garden tub. The second master has a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom has one bunk bed (twin) and a full size futon decorated in fun island décor for the kids. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV with DVD player. The kids room has a Sony PlayStation II with a few games. This unit comfortably sleeps 8.

The condo has a fully operational kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, granite countertops and a breakfast bar with stools. There is a dining area, family room/living area, large patio with BBQ, washer /dryer, air conditioning and cable TV.

From your private patio you can enjoy stunning views of the red rock desert of Southern Utah.

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for the vacation enthusiast. This unit allows full access to the world famous Green Valley Resort and Spa. The resort features 6 swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges. There are also 15 outdoor hard surface tennis courts- (10) lighted for night play, 4 indoor tennis courts, 13 tennis practice lanes with ball machines, 2 racquetball courts and fitness center. There is a large basketball court with 8 standards, volleyball, shuffleboard and children’s playground. For an additional fee, there are full time tennis instructors available as well as Green Valley Spa services.

  • You will be hard-pressed to find a more spacious, well-appointed condo in the St. George area at such a reasonable price. All rooms and bathrooms are large and have 10 foot ceilings. The beds are luxuriously comfortable. The granite kitchen has enough counter space for even the biggest cooking projects. The flat screen TVs will spoil you--the one in the family room is huge. It has peaceful desert views and is a short walk from a lovely, palm-lined pool. We will definitely be back.

    Just a note to say thank you for making your condo available for rental for our vacation. We had a wonderful time visiting the St. George area and various parts of the state of Utah. It was wonderful knowing that after a day of motorcycling the area we had a lovely condo to come back to and relax at. Your condo was spacious and most comfortable. The beds were fantastic. We really liked having a home base as nice as your condo and we enjoyed the pool across the yard too, not to mention the view off the walk out patio and the wild life.   • Wow! We have been coming to St. George for the past 20 years and this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. It is huge and well stocked. It is so close to the pool. We had a wonderful time and will return again. The owner is great to work with. You will not regret staying here.

  • I rented this condo to house my senior volleyball team when we came to St. George for the Huntsman Games. We absolutely loved everything about the unit. It was spacious, well appointed and convenient to the hot tub (which we needed every evening.) The best feature is the magnifcent view from the wall of windows which runs the length of the great room. We hope to rent this condo again next year and as long as our knees and shoulders hold up. Thanks to the Knight family for sharing their condo with us.

    Thanks so much for the great condo! We had an awesome time and your place is gorgeous. I'm going to file your information away and check with you again when we go back to St. George-- we go down usually every May/June for a boating trip with our family and would love to use it again sometime. The boat parking was no issue...the complex was really deserted, so we just parked our boat along the back -- it worked out super. I think the first night there we were the only ones in the whole building...it was super nice and quiet! Anyway, we had a great time with our family. Thanks again!
