Terraces 1102 is a two bedroom plus loft, ski in/ski out condo that sleeps up to 8 guests over 1134 square feet of living space. The condo has a full laundry room, wifi, a jacuzzi bath tub, a deck with a gas grill and a full gourmet kitchen. This condo is not only modern and well decorated but it represents excellent value for money for a ski in/ ski out condo in Mountain Village.
This newly-constructed luxury unit flanks the Meadows ski run and overlooks Chairs 1 and 10. You get unobstructed views of the ski area and instant access to the 'chondola' (winter only) for free transportation to and from the historic district of Telluride and all the resort's outstanding restaurants. Beautifully appointed, this unit has top-of-the-line finishes throughout. Rugged hard wood floors, large log posts and beams, granite and tumbled marble counter tops, high ceilings, stone fireplace, commercial grade appliances, jacuzzi bath tubs and a never-ending view are a few of this units amenities. You can sit in your living room and watch the skiers fly by. To join them all you have to do is put your skis on right in front of your condo. It does not get any more ski-in/ski-out than that! The only things this luxury condo lacks are elevators and crowds. No high-rise living here, just the feeling of a private mountain home.
With two bedrooms and a large loft, there's plenty of space for fun. The master suite has a king sized bed, and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The loft has 2 sets of bunk beds, with sleeping for 4 people.
Guests of our condo have access to the complimentary Mountain Village taxi service called Dial-A-Ride. When the chondola is not operating during the summer months, guests can access the main gondola quickly and easily by using this service. Guests of the condo also have a guest services manager on call to assist guests if they cannot figure something out at the condo, or if something is not working as it should.
This condo is the perfect base for exploring the Telluride area, and enjoying all that Telluride has to offer! Activities include world class skiing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, biking, mushroom hunting, 4 wheel driving, fishing and rafting. Not such an outdoor enthusiast? Telluride has a calendar jam packed with cultural events and festivals that focus on food, music, history and arts.
