Rim Village Vista Condominium's are by far the nicest accommodations in Moab. This unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to meet your every need.
Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium has spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains. It is very comfortable, and stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the beautiful red rock desert of Moab.
With a full kitchen, 2 car garage, pool and hot tub, it's far superior to staying in a hotel room. Rim Vistas is located about 5 miles south of downtown Moab and close to its 18-hole golf course, Ken's Lake, the Slickrock trail, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and other recreational trailhead's.
This unit is a two level condo and spacious at 1600 square feet. It sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two full beds.
The outside patio is private, has a commercial gas grill and accommodates outdoor setting for 6. The two-car garage is attached. This is your home-away-from-home.

We have a great stay in Moab at Rim Vista. Our arrival went smoothly and we had great communication with the owners making everything that much easier. The condo itself is great, with all the amenities needed for a great week in Moab...including paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. All the little things that make a trip that much easier and enjoyable. The complex is very nice and not nearly as far from town as I expected. If you're heading to Moab to bike, it's right on the way to Burro Pass. I highly recomend this place and will definitley stay again for our next trip back to Moab. Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

Cancellation policy:
• The deposit is due at the time of your reservation, full balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. • Cancellation of Reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival is refundable, minus 20% of rental or $100,00, whichever is greater. • Cancellation of Reservation: 30 days or less is not refundable. • There is no refund for late arrivals, early departures, or no shows • Check-in time is at 3:30 p.m. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. • Check-out time is at 10:30 a.m. Late check-outs will be charged 1?2 of the nightly rate. Late check-outs MUST be requested prior to arrival. • Management reserves the right to assess a Cleaning/Damage/Loss charge upon departure if necessary. • Our condo is a NON-SMOKING unit. You are welcome to smoke on the patios provided you dispose of all cigarette butts and cigars, etc. There will be a $200 fee charged for smoking in your vacation rental. • A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed. Pets may not be left unattended at any time. You are responsible to pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on any of the beds. • Our 3 bedroom unit will sleep up to 10 people (including the blow up mattress). This includes all children above the age of 3. We ask that you do not exceed these parameters. You will be charged $150 per night, per person for additional people. • Please be respectful and considerate of the property and the neighbors in the community. Loud parties or noise will not be tolerated.
