Costa Bonita Condominium and Beach Resort is truly a full service luxury resort located right on the beach with a fantastic swimming pool area, jacuzzi, purified water system, lighted tennis courts, lovely gardens, fitness center, WiFi access, full service restaurant, grocery store, beauty shop, Palapa bar, masseuse, concierge service and 3.5 miles of one of the prettiest beaches you will ever see.
Your two bedroom, two bath condo accommodates 4 very comfortably and is furnished with queen beds in each of the bedrooms, large leather sectional in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player. (There is also a single air mattress provided). Located on the first floor, your unit offers easy access to the pool and beach areas. This is our family's home away from home and we have made it warm and inviting and comfortable for ourselves as well as for our guests.
You will love the location! Just a short ride to everything Mazatlan has to offer with easy access to buses and taxis. Take a ride to the historic Mazatlan Market and shopping areas to find unique arts, crafts, clothing and food. The Golden Zone, too, is just a short distance away (about 10 minutes) with many wonderful shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.
Horseback riding, hiking, jet skis, para-sailing, snorkeling, boogieboarding and deep sea fishing are some of the fun available activities. Rent ATV's and race along the beach. Or visit the water park about half a mile away. Tour the Aquarium with over 250 species of marine life or just lounge by the large pool with a shallow end for younger guests. Your concierge can also arrange tours of the city of Mazatlan and nearby villages.
Costa Bonita is a gated community with friendly English speaking staff. Weekly maid service is included in your rental. All units are privately owned. This is a non smoking unit.

Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan
I love Mazatlan! My home is in Washington state and it can get cold and gloomy in the winter. I have many friends who visit Maz every winter. Some own their places there and others stay at the resorts. They are responsible for inspiring me to buy my condo.

I think Costa Bonita is a special resort. It is smaller and quieter than many, sits on a gorgeous beach and the owners and staff are all super friendly. Plus it is very safe and is close to everything.

Here I am in Mazatlan with my daughter and one of my grandsons. I have three children and four grandsons, all of whom have been to Mazatlan. We have made some wonderful memories in Mexico. It is a great place to spend some quality time with your family and friends.

a superb condominium of ample dimensions and very comfortable, this better live ones than in the photographs, to spend pleasant and very relajantes vacations, thanks to share with us their house in mazatlan.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo last winter. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff, and the condo residents are very helpful as well. We arrived during a lovely anniversary celebration that was just beautiful along with the bagpipe serenade every evening. We had no problems finding groceries and getting around Mazatlan. We did tourist activities like the old city, the lighthouse climb, and an interesting whale watching tour. I had my two teenage daughters with me and they found it a little too "quiet", but it suited my husband and sister and I just fine. It was a great choice and I hope to stay again next year!

First of would like to say thank you for renting to us. With that being said... WE LOVED IT HOLY COW!!! it was like being at home in Mexico. The staff was awesome and so were the other people staying there. The girls and I loved Mazatlan, we went to the Golden Zone and watched the cliff divers (They are flippin nuts) jump. Then we went the Market downtown and to the Mega Mart I liked the Mega Mart. We made friends with a cab driver and we would meet him and he would give us a tour Mazatlan every day. It was great. took alot of pictures I think between the 4 of us we have of 500 pictures. Glad we had digital cameras. Your condo was exhalent, clean and had everything we needed plus more. The food at the little restaurant there was great (Burrito's Rocked) we ate there once a day if not twice and they make a great strawberry margarita (YUM).We actually went to El Syds for some free stuff (I swear everyone in that place was trying to sell time shares) and we like the peace and quite of your place much better. The pool was great the beach was great I can't say anything bad about the whole trip oh wait yes I can... I got sunburned.. suntan lotion is not optional it's a requirement. I want to say thank you for the stories we are still telling everyone and the memories that were made there. And I want to apologize for taking sooo long to tell you this but when on vacation work and life falls apart as always. THANK YOU AGAIN Gail your the best!!!

What a wonderful vacation!! Thank you to all the staff and the fact that this room is a few steps to the Ocean. You look out the patio door of the Condo and your looking at a beautiful pool area. I can't say enough about this place. The Condo is warm and inviting, VERY CLEAN!!. I have recommended this place to a couple people. The atmosphere was quite and relaxing.

I just returned from Mazatlan and stayed at Costa Bonita-We rented a condo for just a short time and had a fabulous stay-The condo was beautiful inside as well as outside-the staff was very helpful and very friendly-I am definitely planning on returning to Mazatlan and plan on staying at Costa Bonita again. I have recommended this place to a few friends and they are planning to visit next year. I loved the pool area as well as the short distance to the ocean-if you are planning a vacation and would love to just relax and enjoy the view-this is the place-we took a cab when we wanted to see the sites and we were very lucky that the cab driver we had was able to speak some english and went out of his way to show us 'Old Mazatlan",

I have to say, we had a wonderful time at this resort. Very relaxing with a great staff. The beach and pool are beautiful. Gail's condo is wonderful and nicely furnished. Highly recommend you stay here. We will return!
